I might have to rewatch properly again,cus even GGS1 O have to rewatch twice to totally inderstand. Ive read that the ai xing here is actually book based so Ill watch more,I jist skimmes the scenes here as it didnt catch my attention as much as GGS1 wherein even side characters have great stories

If you watched GGS 1 youll know cus basically the GGS1 is like the present of all the events and this drama just shows what wasnt shown between them.

I dont think big gestures are needed because thats their personality and he keeps teasing her which means he loves her adoringly.

Actually I thinknit started with the book that wen rang noticed chengcheng.

That book is a representation of him and chengcheng took an interest and he just stared at her.

Thats why also when they were talking while drinking, cheng said again that she may not understand the book but she knows his emotion and went on to say that his ex didnt understand him and he was in awe again but tried to ignore it.

I find it funny when she used his book to write her inventory for the resto and wen rang said the spaces are there for a reason but cheng just said its a waste so she made used of it and filled them up with anything just like how she is slowly filling up the spaces in his life.

Then when she returned the book to him is removing wen rang from her life.
