Ugh, not the childhood connection. Also, can we please stop overusing the OST during every 'moment' they have. This…
I know, why every other couple in Thai series has to have some childhood relationship? I feel like in this instance I'm okay with it, because of the 180 they did in episode 3 (and I really enjoyed the first two eps), but overall it's so overused, like, "the reason they're together is too weak, so let me strengthen it by them being childhood friends!"
The change in their dynamics in episode 3 makes no sense at all. The suspense is not there anymore since the most…
I feel like this happens so often with different series, the first 1-3 episodes show this great enemies plot, but one thing happens and POOF, we're suddenly friends! I understand the gun situation was a great step forward, but I also feel like they jumped too far ahead in how Kang, for example, so easily reveals to Sailom how he's truly feeling. All the tension between them just dissipated...
Any new fans of First eyeing this show after enjoying his excellent performance in The Eclipse, but hesitating…
I totally agree! I avoided this drama because of the not so positive reviews, so when I finally caved in, I was so surprised to see how good it was. And it introduced me to First, who I adored here.
I've only watched 4 episodes so far, but god, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to finish this series. The main couple is so monotonous, their facial expressions show nothing at all, their voices are flat and expressionless, and they keep getting the same three flashbacks all the time. To top it off, the background music gets annoying after hearing it one too many times in those same boring scenes between two leads. I don't like any characters but Kao - the only person who has some life in them. For people who watched more than me - is it even worth watching further?
Somebody knows the actor of Shane? He looks kinda familiar (probably the hairstyle confuses me)
He looks eerily familiar to me too, but I haven't watched any other drama he starred in. Though I really like his role in the Theory of Love. :) I added him to the database, so you can check him out. ^^ His name is "Foei" Patara Eksangkul.
I didn't really like HIStory1 cause it was high key fetishizing and was written pretty weird. Like, things that…
Glad to read the opinion of someone who also doesn't like History1 and finds it weird. All three stories were so bad, including Obssessed (imo).I have no idea why it's so loved by others. Now I'm more inclined to watch HIStory2. ^^
Perth's managers are also Can's managers so I think at the moment the director still not want to work with them…
Oh no. D: But this director's the best, thanks to him I don't cringe at the kissing scenes! Without him the next season may be not as good as this one...
is Sotus S a good sequel? I just finished the first season and I'm torn if i should watch the second one
Well, it's not as good as S1 (imo). There's a bunch of new characters, which means = new storylines. It's different, but not necessarily bad. At least give it a chance.
I find the "Love Actually" scene kinda smartly placed actually, considering that they're film students here.I…
Sorry, didn't know that, that's why I asked. I remember that one of the Thai BL series was based on the internet novel, so I thought maybe this one is as well. It's hard for me to find any information as I don't know Thai, I only found this novel posted on a forum by Jittirain, so it at least seems to exist in a digital copy as well...

@maczka, I do hope that the book's well written, but it's hard to judge if one hasn't read it. But it's not an actual book that you can buy, or is it?
About their acting, I do enjoy both, but prefer Gun's acting in general, except in "Puppy Honey 1" (I don't mean that he was bad, but rather I didn't exactly enjoy his interpretation of Rome in all aspects). About Off, for me, he's a mediocre actor. Not terrible, but not outstanding either (but also I need to watch more of him). I didn't totally buy Pick&Rome's relationship in "Puppy Honey". I liked their banter, but romantic scenes between them seemed too fake, forced, unnatural. I'm just worried it will be the same here, but maybe they evolved and now they feel more at ease acting together as a couple (Off especially, Gun's more natural in those types of scenes). Of course, it's just my opinion. ;) I love "The Gifted" and Gun was phenomenal there. ^^ It's nice to hear he was awarded for his role, he deserved it!

@inbetweener_guy, I just feel like this particular scene from "Love, Actually" is so overused that I would expect more from film students, BECAUSE they're film students. ;) (On the other hand, maybe in Thailand this movie (or scene) isn't that well known. In that case, I guess it's alright to use it.)
I only saw two series with Off and his acting was similiar in both, I felt like he just was being himself (which didn't prevent me from enjoying both). Definitely need to watch something more serious from him. Is "Room Alone" worth watching? I much prefer Gun's acting (maybe except in "Puppy Honey 1").
Honestly, I didn't understand much from the description here, but the trailer looks intense and I'm excited to see Ter in something new (he was my favourite in "Diary of Tootsies"). Also happy to see Namtan and Lee. ^^ Can't wait for the subs!
I know most people are hyped, but am I the only one that finds the trailer a bit cringy? The "Love, Actually" part and the "how many girlfriends Khai has" especially. (Though the "Love, Actually" might be inteded to be this way...)
"Do you really like your friend or just feel guilty?" was probably my fave line, because it gives me some faint hope it will be more in depth, more serious at times and not all cutesy. I just hope they didn't pick some lame plotline just to do the series just to satisfy the OffGun & BL fans, but also wanted to do something more worthy of watching. I also hope they'll use the fact that they're film students to shoot some movies (one/two scenes looked like they did~).
WERE CAN I WATCH EPISODE 1 AND EPISODE 2 WITH COMPLETE 55 MINS AND WITH ENGLISH SUBS.. I LOOKING FOR A COMPLETE…
There's the link directly under your own comment to the second subbed episode provided by @theasiansoul... Every episode is split into four parts but it's complete. There's also a fb page with fan Eng subs (you can find the link two comments below, by @Katy). It's not that hard.
Was just thinking about this. I love bromance more than the actual romance (no matter the gender), but was lacking some good friendship between women. Off to a good start.
