Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
Yeah i think this is possible, and KT found those little notes that was crossed out, it could Possibly be some…
Or maybe it could also be facts about MY for POR to learn about to really get into the role

Okay so here’s what I’m thinking, I’m probably wrong but I’ll say it anyway.
What if the head nurse is MY’s real mum and she manipulated (or convinced) Park Oh Ran that she was MY’s mum. Obviously POR is a patient in a mental hospital (I.e. she has mental health issues) and we know that she was an actress and still wants to be one so knowing that, the head nurse maybe offered her an acting ‘job’. Or basically convinced POR that she is MY’s mum. She set up POR’s escape from the hospital, told her to go to MY’s house and leave the envelope on ST’s desk. We saw how eager the head nurse is to not welcome POR back to the hospital because that would put her at risk of being found out. I’m convinced that the woman’s smile at the end of ep 11 was the head nurse. Idk but that’s where my heads at right now.
Also, what if the reason MY always ripped butterflies apart when she was younger was because her mum always wore that butterfly broach so that’s what she associates with her. Maybe her ripping the butterfly apart represents her wanting to break free from her mum's control.
I do love a drama that makes me think!
