Seriously, Ace's (Aki's) acting is great. His scene at the gym, where he's trying not to look at the instructor's ding-dong while the guy is saying "start with something small", followed by his reply of "I'm used to BIG ONES already" is incredibly funny. Yes it's a bit tacky, but it's well executed and funny, and it appeals to mainstream BL fans out there, including to the fudanshi in me.
I'm actually really enjoying this series. We've all watched a lot of low budget, bad scripted, no chemistry, too young actors series so far, to know that this is as good as it gets. This is the world we live in atm; a world where BL will always come second place. Still, I like this series for the little things. Some say there's no chemistry between the actors, but I dare them to watch episode 5 , to really watch how emotional and caring Ace is when taking care of Sky (the way he caresses his thigh, or head, the way he takes care of his wound and blows air over it, the way he watches and holds him, his pained and loving expression; this is high quality stuff u don't get to see, not even in SOTUS, Love by chance, or other much budgeted series, etc.). Still halfway through the series, hoping for a happy ending :P Please give this series a chance, it has much to offer :D
"maybe, I'm not waiting for him to love me but rather ... the day when I can stop waiting for him." Ouch! Actually felt that :D
Short but really nice & cute. This totally deserves its own series. The kiss scene kinda reminds me of H3:MODC's "wǒ xǐhuān nǐ" kiss scene where Yu Shi Gu is startled but eventually closes his eyes and leans into it :)
It advertises to be not, but hints are all over the place.
Yas. The cast is great, but too bad there's no smooching. I do recommend TharnType, or Why R U in case you want more action. Also Oxygen & Friends Forever are nice as well if u'r good with less physical action.
Li Zhen Hao reminds me of a younger Singto, same kind of smile.
