The ending is disappointing
The show is simple and clearly not original and based on something else.In a lot of ways it was predictable. What I enjoyed the most was the acting, the moments of revenge, and the few bonds that were made.
The ending of the very last episode makes me so irritable. But I get it. It's a man who is torn between being a father and saving people from going through what he did, and chose the "honorable" role.
It's true, you never know when there will be good people, but you can't really stop someone from their addictions unless they want to stop themselves they will just go back. So having a savior complex will not really help nearly as much as he thinks it will. And he could instead focus on his kid. But I get it. He will be Jesus and save the world because he feels called to do so. Whoop de doo! Not sure if I'll watch the next 2 seasons. I was dreading watching this ever since it came out. And so I watched it to be able to say that I did, and to not be annoyed by all of the skits and posts people make about it. Now I get the hype. But the hype was brief. The Marble episode was the only one that really affected me. The rest was extremely predictable and lacking in depth.
But I get it, I really do. Humans lust for money, yeah I know. If you want to learn a lesson about life and greed, watch this show. But if you already know that it serves no purpose in the long run, you might not find this to be as meaningful.
Welp! That's pretty much all I have to say. Have a good day!

I LOVE this show. It is one of my absolute favorite.
This is one of my most favorite Asian dramas out there that i have seen, and I have mostly watched Korean and Japanese drama series. This series of Ice Fantasy is nothing you could ever expect, and so much more than you can imagine.
Parts of the visual effects are more obviously fake, and it takes a little while to adjust to the vibe that it gives .... but after a few episodes, you start to understand, to see it and feel it, in a way that makes sense and feels right. Aside from that. The stories of ancient Ice and Fire tribes, civiliations of Deities, Spirits, Fairies, Mermaids, Dreamweavers/Casters.
This is a magical world that I wish that i could be apart of, though i most likely could not handle the way that LiLuo does.....She is a strong and brave mortal, abandoned at birth and raised by gods.....Quite privileged, if you ask me. And she becomes strong and knowledgeable enough to defend other gods in the spirit real.
KaSuo, an Ice prince and god, and his sudden encounter with LiLuo, being entirely magical straight out of a fairytale.....although the struggles their love would face to overcome, the unbearable hurt, death, loss......they have to find their ways back to each other in seemingly impossible circumstances.
Lets not forget of course, Ying Kong Shi's relationship with Yan Da....I love that it turns out they are not related. Yan Da has such passion for Shi, wanting to heal and pamper him. But he doesn't care...his heart has no room for love...However. Maybe it will. ❤️
