Okay hear me out. I don't get it why a remake was needed When Japanese can watch the OG with subtitles? & considering it wasn't a smash hit like many other Kdramas (Although I kinda loved it).
Watched first episode & felt that even the framing was similar to the original (like the bar scene).
The starting was 🔥 but it lost it's touch while midway with those forced Triangles. Those Frida Kahlo-ish headgears were fabulous. The lead being pulled into the novel got lost midway.
Still, finishing it up to see how they wrap up things. Could have been shorter.
