Goofball cuties - BLOCKBUSTER show
Will it be just another contract marriage drama? We have to wait & watch. For the time being first episode was good. Introduced characters & story quite effectively and the ML & FL will be enemy to lovers kinda trope so I'm in for sure. The main leads are looking FAB already. Let the rom-com begin.I hope there's no murder & mystery plot here coz chaebol is already very busy plot. I'm seated for this show.
Fighting!!! Marriage related titles in dramas are the trend for Monday, Tuesday in Korea I guess.
The brothers are so sibling coded and the chemistry between leads is off the charts. It's a blockbuster in making.

Delightful start of 2026
It's a very fresh, not very very cliché but with some triangle there. A bit of it gets lost in translation because multi language show but the cinematography & direction is so innovative for that very complex character of FL dealing with split personality disorder and traumas.It's still a light watch, great chemistry like every time you see them together you want them to be together but they keep parting ways. I wasn't expecting much maybe but I loved the whole show & it's presentation.
Reminds me of Hyun Bin's Not very popular but absolutely brilliant Hyde, Jekyll Me character. It's good if not the greatest work of Hong sisters. Definitely a mature theme.

90's, IMF crisis & Pookieness
What a beautiful pilot episode. Nailed the 90's aesthetics with cinematography & detailing. Even the crockery and office setting is so on point. JUNHO and Minha are being the POOKIEST of the Pookies, fitting characters like a glove. The rise of entertainment industry vs decline of economic growth, those streaked hair, glossy pants and hardworking middle-class... Everything made sense & done so well.This was true to 90's where parents were never your FRIENDS but you adore & respect them silently like Tae poong does. You never say, they never say anything lovey dovey. The era where the best generation was raised through thick n thin. Tae poong loves his family, friends & flowers. Total Green flag.
Looking forward to the later episodes, knowing the cast will definitely deliver a stellar performance.
