Everytime I stumble across this movie I ask myself "why did I watch this movie in the first place?". I don't recommend it unless you're tired of good movies and want something really different (and bad) to watch. Or if you happen to be a fan of Minimoni.
This movie is great! :) I love the way of kyokushin karate, it's so inspirational and beautiful. When watching my boyfriend and his friends practice kyokushin it was like entering a new world. I wish I could have that kind of mindset and spirit too.
Anyway the movie is about the founder of kyokushin karate, Masutatsu Oyama and how he came to develope his own karate style. It might sound boring, but it's not. There's a lot of likeable characters, great fighting and awesome events. When you're done with the movie you'll most likely feel like anything is possible!

I know! xD It was easier when I studied chinese at school, but now I find it hard to study on my own. I miss having someone to tell me if my characters are written right or if the pronunciation is okay. :P I really want to speak chinese fluently, but I'm so impatient and hate that it takes so much time to learn. xD

Hej! En till svensk, vad kul! :D Hur länge har du sett på asiatiska serier och vad fick dig att börja? (standard fråga sådär). xD

Hi, thank you for the friend request! :D I see that you're learning chinese, that's so cool! I'm also learning chinese, but it takes so much time! xD
I really enjoyed this movie. It was so different and fun to watch! I loved Kaneshiro Takeshi's character (he's such a great actor!) and the way he adapted to our world. Even though it was draggy at some points it was worth every minute of it!
I thought that this would be one of those cheesy, overdramatic and slowed-paced dramas, but I was so wrong! The storyline is interesting and there's no boring parts. I like everything about it. It might not be one of the best dramas out there, but it's definitely one of the better! I highly recommend it!

Hahaha ofta?! xD Så random, tänkte att du såg svensk ut, men du kunde ju lika gärna vara från USA eller något annat europeiskt land än Sverige, haha! xD Vad häftigt att du bor i Japan! Vad gör du där? :)

Hahaha I can imagine how frustrated they must've been xD I mean, my parents were really frustrated / worried / angry over my drama and movie habits and I didn't even watch nearly as much as you did, haha!
Sometimes I feel bad when I watch dramas nowadays. I love it so much and it's one of the best things I know, but sometimes I feel like I'm watching all these fictional characters living their lives, when I'm not living mine and don't know what to do with it haha. :P Also the thought that I might be missing out on stuff when I'm at home watching dramas all the time, while all of my friends are studying, working, travelling or just... living.. irl. Hahaha. xD

Ahh okay, then I won't watch it. xD I'm extremly sensitive when it comes to slow parts and episodes these days. I think it has to do with the drama slump.
That must've been so frustrating!!! When did you come out of your drama slump and how? :O
Hahaha but I started watching dramas in 2005. I guess I just didn't watch as much. I completed maybe 2-5 dramas a year and had 2-6 months between almost every drama. xD So my list grew slowly. It's only recently I've been trying to watch more dramas and movies, but sometimes I regret that I didn't watch more back then, haha! Then my list would be enormous.

Nu när både Beatburger och VIXX har varit i Sverige kommer det nog komma ännu mer awesome utekvällar och konserter, så var inte ledsen! :D
