yes, it would work for students who are still in early years of education, but the students in this drama are literally months away from the most important exam of their lives LOL. they're not the right demographic for ideals and experimental teaching

I liked the manga it was adapted from but this is not the right production for it. what a disappointment sigh...

Students who choose to attend top cram schools are those aiming to get into prestigious universities. It is serious business. It's not about helping everyone get in; a cram school instructor who tries to accommodate everyone's level helps no one. Average students usually know not to pick a top cram school, so I think what is portrayed in the drama is fair. There are cram schools and tutors that exist to specifically help average students to just barely pass dw.

i don't really understand the criticism for ep 14 exclusively. this show has been bad throughout and relies heavily on stupid cliches. i wonder what's the difference this time.

as a fan of the manga, i really like this adaptation as well! they managed to turn the short stories into a beautiful and youthful show. it has a completely different vibe (somehow quieter) and im all for it!

the way he's being out-acted by every other actor (aside from Yang Hye Ji) in this show

the way the highest peak of this drama already happened right in ep 1 when soo hyun ran over that mf (satisfying <3) and everything after that point has been zzzz. the "twists" are so predictable. this drama basically took your hand and walked you through all the clues. seol yul wants revenge but he's just amateurish tbh. "i will go all the way" and by all the way he only means exposing her cheating husband? 😭😭😭 that's so boring compared to the high stakes in ep 1. if i were her i would just laugh at his plans and leave my husband because that's so childish. i really thought he would be capable of something more sinister but zzzz

i don't understand why that is a twist. i thought it was already implied from the moment they introduced his character. and i don't understand why she considers her husband a cheater either. sure, he's definitely a villain and probably has done more things behind her back but didn't they already break up when she went to jail? she already said she set him free so idk why she's hurt over something she allowed.
