yeah they're always there, to be fair BL is for toxic fans of gay relationships as it is a fetish i guess lol

but i think we now have a new wave of them thanks to 2gether, young people who arent really fans of BL but just the idea of shipping good looking asians guys, its why Tine and Sarawat are perfect for them, there relationship is displayed in a way thats more than friendship but not too much like an actual gay couple.

it still allows Sarawat and Tine to appear attainable, even though they arent lol

The problem with toxic fans in any community is, they cant separate the characters from the actors, to them Bright = Sarawat and Win = Tine. if the fans of a show cant distinguish real from fake, it just leads to a toxic fandom.

TharnType seemed like a show that would definitely decide people so i stayed away from the comments section lol

Yeah, if im honest their chemistry and cute scenes are the only thing saving the show. Ep11 for example, the plot was weird but people only focused on the big reveal at the end. Even if the dessert was good, if the main meal was bad you would give the restaurant 5 stars.

As bad as attacking the Director over ep12 is, people no longer blinding praising the show may lead them to look at other criticism. Even if they are only complaining because she is the evil ex now.

I mean theyre not gonna stop milking BLs so theyll likely redeem themselves but not on purpose, im sure no one thought he's coming to me was gonna be as good as it was.

Im not gonna hold my breath, but The Shipper could also be good, however even if it is, its gonna suffer from following 2gether

I kind of worry for the future of GMM BLs.
2gether seems to have attracted some seriously toxic "fans" who think criticism = hate, SarawatTine = Life

I hope these "fans" dont spread to other GMM dramas, BL or otherwise

I'm disappointed 2gether didnt maintain quality from beginning to end and being able to talk rationally to people who either agree/disagree with me is always better than being insulted lol

This. GMM is and has always been bad at couples. Once the main characters become a couple everything goes downhill, for whatever reason they feel they need to create drama to make the MCs love stronger.

The only other GMM BL i can think of where the quality suddenly gets worse in the 1st season is My Tee, and that also was from the moment they became a couple.

i feel they should change their approach, similar to LBC and even EoL, once the main couple get together, a side couple should then becomes the main focus, that way the original couple need not face unnecessary drama to pad run time

yeah this person seems like they just dont like Ryan, i obviously dont know the guy but making out that he,the guy who made the effort to go to another country, who acted in a drama without knowing the language is the problem seems suspicious.
Also watching the last ep, thats not the acting of people who dont get along, despite not being able to communicate verbally, him and Inntouch obviously must have gotten along.
Plus going from OP it was a problem with the investors not the production team, maybe they held Ryan to a completely different schedule, expecting him to get there hrs before his Thai co-stars, i mean i know nothing about what happened but am hoping he can still appear in S2

im not saying this isnt true, but storywise, it makes sense for BrightWin to have the better chemistry on screen from ep1, as there story is about them pretending to be a couple from the beginning, only to then actually be a couple, had it not be believable, it wouldnt make sense

then again the chemistry getting worse makes less sense but this is probably because of the order of filming

im not really a fan of Ram but even i have to admit that he was cute this ep

also Mek Boss was a refreshing surprise, i expected them to get together but normally there would be like 5eps of Boss being mad until he realised he actually loves Mek

and however you feel about him Duen talking about how they should wait a year before moving in together just in case they split or whatever, is probably the smartest thing i've heard in a BL recently lol

looking at Thai BL dramas/films based on real life, not good experiences, which is why we get all these questionable relationships

I imagine they're gonna milk BrightWin, so id be surprised if we dont get a season 2. however people keep saying they dont do fanservice especially not Bright (Win seems like the type who would), so it would be interesting how they maintain popularity outside of 2gether

I think they just need to stop dramatising novels for a bit, i havent read any BL novels so I cant testify for the original story, but if you gonna take things out and add things in, you might as well just try for an original story at least once, but i guess they want the fan loyalty from the novel

im willing to watch any gay-themed/BL drama out there as long as something about it interests me

Sarawats POV should have just been Ep11 imo, i get they wanted to shock factor but the rest of the suffered because of it

lookin at the other works of the director, we should have expected it to be honest, Puppy Honeys main couple, not even the OffGun couple were ruined in season 2.
