I'm starting to like Seo Jaeyeong a lot more than Lee Hyunwook tbh. He was so cringy and unpleasant from the start, but I'm actually starting to look forward to his scenes in contrast with Hyunwook's boring and dragged out ones. Honestly. Why is Rain's character so dull? I can't help but skip through almost all of his scenes.
Why everyone is talking about age gap this & age gap that.... I know the actress is young...it's only 9 years…
Actually, it's not the age gap, but because she's a minor and the boys are not. But it's still stupid to drop a drama just for THAT reason alone... they're actors.
I wish Seulbi's character was played by a different actress, ONLY because of the hundreds of morons who feel awkward about an 18 year old character being played by a 14 year old, with co-stars who are 23, and feel the need to ruin it for everyone else by complaining about it all the time... Jesus... it's not like they're fucking behind the scenes. Calm down everyone.
though the concept is similar like trot lover, but story and screen play, lead actress voice and her songs in…
Ohh that. Just ignore it. People put recommendations for anything that has similar concepts. My point is still that you've just compared both, and asked everyone else not to compare. lol ?
I've come to realise that maybe I was wrong... Rain and Krystal do have some chemistry... but their scenes are just SO boring. I couldn't help but skip through almost all of their scenes (only catching some of their dialogue to know what's going on) because I just didn't have the patience to sit through all that staring and pointless "ahjussi do u like me or nah" "yeah I have feelings but nah" ... I mean the acting is great. Cast is great. It's just the writing for this drama that's poor.
You know... I think I'd have preferred it if the drama simply dropped without a conclusion instead of this rushed piece of crap they call the ending. It's so obvious that so much of those 6 episodes that were cut out would have been so important to make this ending plausible. Maybe they should have ended this last episode when Shikyung and Hani were crying together and saying goodbye.
Can someone explain why Na Young Eun is mad/treating her bad at her rich friend, Lee Ye Na ?? I definitely missed…
This will be long and maybe over analysed, but I think about this a lot while watching the drama. The relationship between these two girls has always been more interesting to me than Seul Bi and Wooyeol. lol
Personally, to me it looked like Young Eun was already looking for a reason to dump Ye Na for a while now... She didn't want to be friends with her and she was constantly annoyed at her. Remember, it was always Ye Na that would cling onto Young Eun's arm, and in my opinion the latter always looked kind of annoyed at that.
All along, to me it looked like Ye Na was lonely and stressed out (because her mother made her join all these extra trainings and stuff after school that she wasn't even interested in) so she tried to hold on to Young Eun who was her only real friend. I think there was that part where Ye Na's mother suddenly came to pick Ye Na up from school to bring her to training, and Ye Na asked her to drive her friend Young Eun home too but the mother refused... then, as they drove away, Young Eun mumbles to herself something like "Does it look like I want a ride from you?" while looking really annoyed.
From that point on I've been wishing Seul Bi would sorta separate from the boys for a while every so often and befriend Ye Na (because that would be a beautiful friendship in my opinion, because Ye Na doesn't look like such a bad girl when she's not with Young Eun) and Seul Bi would make sure that she sees that Young Eun was not a good friend towards her.
I honestly feel so sad for Ye Na. There has been the topic of suicide before in episode 1 (or 2?) so I'm really scared that this situation would drive Ye Na to do something to herself...
I love this drama but the 'affection' between Hyunmyung and Hani looks so forced, whereas Hani with cheppunim shikyung shiii is adorable and lovely. It's just not fair.
I'm torn between feeling sorry for Shiwoo, and being annoyed at everyone else (except Alex or whatever his character's name is. He's kinda adorable.) I even liked Sena at first but now she's getting really annoying (about that whole crush thing towards Hyunwook.) And where is Raeheon's hateful arse? I miss him.
Saying all this after watching Episode 7 without subs by the way... I might end up dropping this after Episode 8. This story has potential to be so much better but it's just not happening for me. I'm sure there are others who will still enjoy it though.
The synopsis says Hyunwook falls for his ex girlfriend's younger sister, but it doesn't say anything about Sena…
Yep. It's ridiculous. Hyunwook looks like that usual jealous side character in kdramas who ruins the main couple's chances to be together throughout the drama until he's put in his place and the couple finally gets together (except obviously he does still have a bigger role in this drama.)
{And just to be clear, this comment is made before watching tonights episode by the way. Who knows? Episode 7 might change my mind.. haha.}
The synopsis says Hyunwook falls for his ex girlfriend's younger sister, but it doesn't say anything about Sena falling in love too. Okay, this probably won't happen but I'm hoping for Sena to turn around and realise it's just puppy love she's feeling towards Hyunwook (and forget about it and just focus on her music producer career, and to support her new best friend, Shiwoo.) I won't even mind if she doesn't end up with Shiwoo. I just don't see it happening with Hyunwook... at all. (If they develop more chemistry later on I'll probably change my mind but for now I just don't see it.)
"Please Krystal end up with L", ect. So many comments below referred to that. I would like them to pair…
It's because it's not about looks. Sure, Hyunwook (Rain) looks hot and all but there's more chemistry between Shiwoo (L) and Sena (Krystal), even when it's one-sided on Shiwoo's part.
Okay, Sena and Shiwoo aside... I just think Hyunwook should end up with Haeyoon. I don't know, it just works out…
True, but his friend also made a good point afterwords. Something like 'love requires effort', right? It's possible that some effort is just what Hyunwook needs, even just to see that she's good for him, because to me it feels like he keeps dismissing her love for no good reason. (Then again maybe we just don't know the whole story yet.) And I completely agree with you again about the dead girlfriend. Don't even get me started. She seems completely irrelevant except for the fact that she's Sena's older sister.
Okay, Sena and Shiwoo aside... I just think Hyunwook should end up with Haeyoon. I don't know, it just works out so much better in my opinion than the thought of Hyunwook with Sena. He looks more like a simple "he's nice to me so I like him" crush for Sena than someone she could actually end up. lol
