I generally avoid remakes, but back when I watched this I didn't realise right away that it was a remake. It seems to me like remakes tend to try to be better than the original, and they end up forgetting about what made the original one so good. u.u

As MCR was once ///MYLIFE/// it's so weird to hear their song at the end of this show's episodes. xD I love it.

I agree with you somewhat, but I can't really say that there's nothing likeable about Ban Jiyeon. I like her enough so far. Her rudeness is irritating to an extent but I find that she's getting a bit better as time passes. I think it's just a tactic writers use to make easy character development. Make them hateful at first and then gradually make them nicer to create a better impression? Something like that. :)

I prefer Korean dramas to Japanese dramas nowadays, but I'll never like Boys Over Flowers more than Hana Yori Dango, and I won't believe anyone who says they do. In fact, I dropped it before even reaching episode 10... Pretty much only watched it just to see Kyujong, Hyungjoon and Youngsaeng perform U R MAN and then I was done. lol

Woah... So this is why Kim Sohyun looked familiar when I saw her in IHYW. I watched this a long time ago for Sunwoong. It's short so maybe I'll watch it again for Sohyun this time, heh.^^ She's a wonderful actress.

Do you know how important having high viewer ratings is? If this premiered the same day that a popular drama airs its finale then it would have low ratings..

For me the pace felt too slow at a lot of the parts (I often found myself skipping seconds as I was losing my patience OTL), but I loved this drama anyway. A lot! The chemistry between the leads was pretty magical. <3

The first two episodes have been so eventful, I can't imagine what more this drama has in store for us. Fantastic chemistry between the two leads, considering their age gap! I think this has potential to become my next ultimate favourite kdrama, after you who came from the stars.

So everybody seems to hate the ending but I loved it? Damn, this was just perfect. Maybe my judgement is clouded-- but then again, I'm not a diehard fan of Soohyun so... but man, his acting was fantastic!
