hello! from the top of my head, i can think of My Little Happiness and You Are My Hero

fight the company MangoTV!!!!! the original ending was already completed by the production team, but as MangoTV saw how popular this series was getting, they decided to edit the ending to release their own ep 35 and add an alternative ending. this way, MangoTV could make more money off an extra episode where people had to pay to watch it - even vip members who had already subscribed to the app had to pay Extra to watch it when it aired. the original ending is the happy alternative ending.

i was sooooooo anxious for that typical "nice 2ML turns evil after he doesn't get FL" route for him ;_______; I'm also so so so glad with how they made his character - he's one of my absolute favorite characters in dramaland!!

ohmygoodness!!! i come back from hiatus and the ratings drop to 7.9!! haha anyway despite the current rating, i really recommend this drama. the chemistry between the two leads is unbelievably SWEEEEEET!!!!!! there's some angst and heartwrenching scenes, but overall it's a really cute and sweet drama filled with outstanding main leads and supporting leads (ML's brother and FL's stepbrother are soooo incredible), as well as a few amazing plot twists. there's a happy ending in the epilogue!!

personally i give the drama 11/10, even if there were holes in the plot. i reallyyy enjoyed the chemistry between the princess and general; moreover i felt that the stronger parts of the plot were really deep and amazing. this drama felt really genuine, idk if that makes sense lol

lol the chemistry between the two leads made me willingly look past the plot holes and cringe-worthy scenes..i mean of course i still love the overall storyline but some things could have been better xD to me tho the drama deserves a 9+ hahaha but i might be biased

i didn't know that happened with Go Ahead! sighs they're so greedy

correct me if I'm wrong, but i recall that TSP's rating was up to 8.7 and then it slowly declined...i noticed it went down faster after the episodes where ML blamed FL for what happened to his brother.....and then the ending made it go down a lot more lol esp bc some people didn't know about an epilogue or what MangoTV did

the ending in ep 35 was supposed to be happy, but money-hungry MangoTV (the broadcasting station) changed the ending to that current "open ending" one in ep 35 - that cliff scene is up to your interpretation lol. but MangoTV changed the ending bc they wanted to make people pay extra for an epilogue, which has the actual ending in it - a happy one!!! i haven't seen the whole epilogue yet but i think some people have uploaded it onto YouTube. it's a super sweet ending!!

oh yeah they're slowly uploading the episodes with eng subs!! it's just that...a couple of videos have bad timing with the subs (either the subs are too early or too late) and episodes 19&20 have chinese subs instead..

not sure if the MangoTV app (or other places) have it any better tho lol we just have to wait ><

you can read recaps of some of the episodes on this soompi forum if you want!! it's super helpful to understand if you read the recaps and watch the episodes :D you just gotta look thru the posts for the recaps lol

KMH, like enzek i also don't think this drama has that much hype. i think that after people saw how great the chemistry was between the main couple, THAT was when the drama gained more fans and, hence, more popularity. and after MangoTV realized the growing popularity..that's when they decided to be greedy and ruin the ending. even tho it's a mess right now (we don't know what happens in the epilogue yet!), please give this drama another chance!!! the drama itself is really really good

i would say that ep 35 shows an open ending....it's badly, terribly laid out, but it's still an open ending for the audience to interpret. if you're a fan of the show tho it's possible to interpret it as a sad ending... however, that being said, the story is supposed to have a happy ending..if not for MangoTV's editing, the ending at ep 35 would've been happy. so now we have to wait for an "epilogue" for our happy ending that should've been the actual ending in the first place. if that all makes sense lol
