i saw somebody’s comment in here implementing how we’re all fine with yifan leaving sang yan and that no one cares about him getting hurt or feeling anxious over her doing so.
now I’m not writing this to act like I’m some “overly pretentious and intellectual” but rather asking anyone to not judge for issues you may not understand. i know how selfish it seems to self-isolate and abandon your loved ones in an instant but PTSD, trauma or mental illness is invisible suffering and truly causes one to spiral. it's constant hard work and just because YOU can't see it or feel it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
yes, he obviously was hurt when she left. his feelings DOES matter and we all felt him but like the greatest male character he is, he made an effort to understand her struggles & insecurities and supported her through it. he could’ve just mopped around and get upset over it but he didn’t, so?
I’m saying they both deserve each other and most importantly, he’s okay with her leaving him for 6 months bc he’s just someone who loves her no matter what goes on in the deep, dark corners of her mind.
i know xu qin is supposed to be a pathetic and meek character but chu ran did not execute her well. can't help but nitpick at how her arms are always so stiff when she walks??? also her facial expression is just bland
- “no one loves me but you” “i will only love you” - “were you sent by my dad to take care of me?” “no, i volunteered” - “i want you to shine in my world alone but you should let them see you”
god thinking about these lines again I’m literally going insane I’m genuinely going to faint
I like the main leads. However, this drama is not getting me hooked whatsoever. It’s very draggy and repetitive…
personally i like the slow pacing of it. makes the story feels more realistic in terms of how things between the characters start to develop. none of this “oh we just met again, oh there’s drama, but let’s get together!!” yifan also has this emotionally avoidant trait that i can relate to hence i feel it’s completely normal for her to struggle with communication and just hides away
now i'm just sad i'll never be loved like this lol
"It's okay. Learn to love yourself first, more than anyone else in the world. If you can't find that person yet, or you've lost the courage to search, someone will appear in the light shining through the crack.” sigh 🥺
I actually don’t think this was good at all. completely my personal opinion, very sorry to offend anyone as…
i would've felt the same way as you seeing her crying after sensing that she was interested in suye BUT she and her ex were together for 7 years so i think that's understandable for her to still be very much unhealed. relationships are complicated lol! taste is subjective, not everyone has to enjoy the same things. i personally like this - it's simple, sweet and light
girl 24 is still so young it's normal for girls like tohka to have never had a boyfriend. she did say she was…
i'm assuming the reason of her personality is bc she hasn't had any relationship experiences. as for what i meant by "high" standards, she's into her ideal men that act and look like the ones in manga/anime/dramas. yudai is a gentleman, he's tall and looks like an ikemen
can’t help but get so annoyed at their teacher like insisting on going to school the night before the disciplinary meeting knowing damn well she’s gonna get possibly killed and that crazy shit will def happen without even informing ga min and the rest is just stupid….
