what are you even rambling about, if you like my mister, fighting love, emperor of korea, ect then like it. This drama is a romance kdrama, it doesn't sell itself to be anything else and people like that stuff.

i don't think this drama has gotten a 9.0 because he is hot. i think the drama overall is exceptional in it's right and both the female and male leads have amazing chemistry. I miss drama's like this where it is just a nice romantic drama, without too much misunderstandings or extra irrelevant angst. So Ye Jin (female lead) is brilliant on this role. She is able to be strong, cute, funny and this is the first I am seeing her and I love her already.
Also, in korea apparently it's normal for women to still be living with their parents until they get married (of course not all women). I actually like it, it's different and it's funny to see her sneaking out. What makes this show great is the little details of their relationship.
I haven't seen My ahjussi because I personally don't like IU's acting (dont kill me IU stans), but apparently 'she has improved' (but when people say that abt idol acting i knw what that really means.
The great seducer i wud say the first few episodes were good but then it fell off and so did the rating. Even those that liked the male lead cudn't defend it.
At the end of the day this is Hae in's big break, he started with smaller roles and he worked his way up. He is an amazing actor and I'm happy his getting all this attention. Just like all the other male actors like Kim Soo Hyun, Lee min Ho, Song Joong-ki, Park Hae-jin ect before him.
finally, i have finished this show. it took me a month to get back to it after episode 17. I feel like they wasted such a great pairing with Mewart, they have such great chemistry but it was all filled with crying and angst. The main couple was meh. The show was good in the middle and then fell off.

keep going it will pick up alot, i will say if by the end of episode 3, if your heart isn't fluttering then it's probably not for you, but it's a really really good romantic drama.

there's only a 6 year age gap. You will really be missing out on a good drama if you decide to miss this because that age gap. I would give it 2 episodes, if you really can't handle it then at least you wud have tried it. But it's a really good romantic drama, Some of the drama's airing now where the leads are a few years apart cannot even compare to this.

I seriously love how natural their kisses are and I am living for the cute moments they share in his house. I swear I have replayed that scene when he goes to bed and she follows him and he replays the audio where she says she loves him whilst she's getting shy. Ahh, my heart.
Also, I loved that part at the hospital when she getting dressed in front of him. It felt so intimate and it showed how deep their relationship has gotten because she is comfortable enough now to change in front of him (in contrast to before after they did it, she was hiding) and he was there helping her put her clothes on. And it felt so natural and beautiful. Like, I am convinced some of this stuff has had to have happened to the writer. The writer of this show must have been loved hard.

best drama airing now, if it carries on like this it will probably the best drama i have seen in a while. i can't fault it, l love the chemistry, how real it feels. I tried it out cos i was bored and i fell in love with it after the first episode. now im watching it raw cos i cant wait. Plus side my korean is improving,lol.

I had to watch episode 5 raw, i cudn't wait this drama is so good. Their relationship is feels so real. It's really rare and beautiful to watch. I have a feeling my korean is going to improve somewhat whilst watching this, i have been slacking on learning korean lately.

I agree, if it doesn't go left n carries on like this it cud be this best romance drama this year. It's sooo good. I wasn't expecting it.
