Isekai is totally different it's not body swap or soul going into past or future...
it's YOU entirely (with your body and soul) going into an entirely different world..

and by the way.. BLACK doesn't show much of "Romance" so you may not find that rivalry you're looking for (rivalry between the MFL and SFL)

did you see "Legend of the Blue Sea"?
I only know this one drama where two GIRLS fight over one GUY...
and even "Black" in which they don't EXACTLY fight but still there are 2 women around the male lead
In drams "The Heirs" and "Crash Landing on You" we can see female rivalry till the first half of the drama...
