In regards to your question about the woman who turned into a womb with a fetus, the webtoon explains it as she became a child that she could protect and nurture. Like she couldn't do for her own child. Not too sure about the green slime as I don't remember if it was in the webtoon or not - many many things were changed and almost nothing after episode 5 was actually in the webtoon, but made-up for the drama!
