But from the voice of on dal when he was lying down he seemed badly injured, those armors can't protect against an arrow otherwise they are made from heavy steel and yes i know about those medication but do you think it make sense? the monk told the princess that on dal was undergoing a ritual to take back his body after he made his soul fade out by that technique to pretend death..

But this is a deceive to the watcher, first the scene of death of on dal is peculiar, how can they announce a triumph of the king's army and Shilla archers were there. they stroke the princess and on dal who protected the princess by receiving all the arrows so he can't stay alive after that. Plus, how can they bring him back alive after he was dead with no breathing nor pulse, this is against science and logic, this is fiction and it take off the drama sincerity toward the watcher. Everything else was admirable but this end is crucial,unethical and disappointing
Yeah, i wished that on dal stayed alive but in a comprehensible way even if he faced death in the real story against Shilla army.

for me, this is a fake happy ending
