For sure. If anything, the fact that QS slept w/ YWY should show everyone that their love was real. QS is not the type to do that if she didn't love YWY...she would choose to repay YWY in some other way

So many things are not explicitly stated in this drama. You really have to try hard to catch all the little things and string them together. Which is made much harder if you skipped past parts. For example, it's not even very clear when QS starts to fall in love with YWY. Some brief facial expressions and other things here and there reveal her heart but it's easy to miss if you weren't paying attention or skipped over it. But she definitely fell in love with YWY

I don't think it was a spur of the moment decision. You could say that QS owes LLW, but then again he hurt her and mistrusted her in many instances. I feel that QS owes YWY much more (which is why I said it is so unfair to YWY that QS still leaves in the end). I do think though that the drama does not explain well exactly how it benefited YWY for QS to choose LLW in that scene. We are left to only speculate.

1. She said that to try and protect him and others. LLW said he will marry QS that night (before saving his mother because then his mother would no longer be able to object against the two of them together after the marriage has already occurred). QS felt that saving his mother was more important, so she may have said this to get him to lose faith in her and go save his mother. QS also felt LLW was being irrational by wanting to get married first and then saving his mother - she said "your mother was right...I will only ruin you". Even though she only loves him as a friend at this point, she will obviously still care for his future and well-being. By saying she would only want to marry the king of the world, she is trying to push him away and also push him to save his mother. It could also be that she is pretending to have changed -that she now loves power and nobility...and is no longer the innocent XL he once loved.
She could have admitted that she no longer loves him, which would really clear up everything....but my theory is that it is easier for her to falsely say that she is now a power and riches-hungry woman than to admit that she no longer loves him (because she believes the latter will hurt LLW much more).

2. I assume it's because they were in the midst of LLW's army and she wanted YWY to be able to leave quickly and safely.

3. It could be that she feels great sorrow for having hurt LLW (by not loving him) or that she is worrying for the safety of LLW now that he has become the enemy against his own king.

4. Yes she said she cannot live happily ever after with YWY knowing LLW's death. This is very unfair to YWY for many many reasons....but then again life was not fair to QS either. Life is just not fair.
