I found this on a yt reel about toxic bls, but I'm definitely not touching it. like i can tell its bad just by reading the synopsis alone. kind of amazing when you think about it.
This series has managed to make uncomfortable in the very first episode. Theres a gay guy whos stalking one of the protags and his friends bring up the idea of drugging the guy to get rid of him... That was such a deal breaker to me.
It took me so long to give this series a second chance after this. I only did it and watched to the end because I noticed that the sequel was directed by the a Tale of a Thousand Stars director.
It wasn't a good experience, but the sequel is better indeed. Thanks, Aof.
Man, I wish I could have liked this more because the actors are so lovely and their scenes are hot, but the story made me so confused at some point. Vegaspete, my guilty pleasure now and forever tho.
honestly, thai bls in general could benefit from toning their comedy down. It's like every scene in this has to have a comedic sound and it's not even that funny... but both guys are hot so I'm willing to suffer through this a bit more. Let's see where that takes me.
the politics of this series are so messy, lmao. it tried to be so progressive, but it ended up looking more conservative in many ways. I still remember Gun spewing such a Ben Shapiro ass pro-capitalist argument in one of the eps. There was also cop apologia while they were doing some blatantly wrong stuff... and the list could go on. Like, you're free to be pro-lgbt while holding more conservative views about everything else if you want, but then you shouldn't be writing a series like this.
Can't say it has impressed me up to ep 4 tbh, still probably better than most 2025 bl shows tho.
I think I just don't like that type of bl character who can barely speak and the most popular guy being so interested in him from the start for no reason is meant to fulfill a fantasy that I just don't have, so it doesn't work on me.
It is cute, though. I'll finish watching to see if I can enjoy it more.
This was such a good story. Everything happened so naturally and at such a good pacing that I watched it all in one go. My only issue is that I wanted at least one more ep just for the two main characters, like they clearly needed it after all the mess they went through. My 2025 favorite so far.
This wasnt great but not bad either. Its just a lot of misunderstandings but I still found myself enjoying this series. I liked Typhoon quite a bit, I hope he gets his own side story.

This was still really good regardless.
