I see there is a season 2 with different actors. Can someone tell me if this ends satisfied way or if there's…
It doesn't end in a cliffhanger. Season 2 is merely a continuation. Honestly you don't have to watch season 2 if you don't want too, it won't exactly affect the story of season 1 in any way.
Honestly, I get the feeling that Perth, Mean and Plan just don't want to be there with the way this season has been laid out and directed. Like restarting TinCan and fast forward everyone else? So are we all basically suppose to see this as a stand alone and ignore season 1? To be fair, I have no idea why they didn't just continue TinCan from where they left off because, Pete wasn't even in a lot of the TinCan scenes so it would have been fine if they used them as flashbacks. I'm also concerned as to how their going to fit all the TinCan plot in, 13 episodes, if they're starting from the beginning.
I'd also like to note how slow they are progressing it as well. Like, I'm pretty sure the progression in the first season was slow, but not slow to the point I felt like it's dragging, yet that's what I feel like and it's only Episode 3!
Either way, I'm disappointed with how it's turned out so far. Especially considering this is his nnext project after Until We Meet Again, which was brilliant in my opinion. However, compared to UWMA, LBC2 at the moment, is a step down.
No one. When LBC2 was announced at a showcase, Perth cried on stage and said he did not want a replacement for Pete/or another lover so they left it blank. That's also why they could not touch upon the breakup more in depth since they have no one cast as Pete, so we only really get to see Ae's side of things.
After Episode 8 I think that Do Hyun Soo has Asperger's Syndrome. He has trouble with recognizing emotions and…
Sorry for the long message.
My friends and I thought (I am taking a Psychology Degree at the moment, and Alexithymia has come up a few times in my lecture discussions and readings) he might have Alexithymia which is the inability to identify or describe emotions experienced by one's self or others.
Symptoms include; - difficulties identifying feelings and emotions - problems distinguishing between emotions and bodily sensations that relate to those emotions - limited ability to communicate feelings to others - difficulties recognizing and responding to emotions in others, including tone of voice and facial expressions - a logical and rigid thinking style that does not account for emotions
Trauma is known as one of the factors that can cause Alexithymia in individuals. It's possible that he received such trauma from his Father from an early age. I'd also like to point out how, in some episodes (I can't remember the episode numbers from the top of my head), we see him watching videos, on how to visibly express emotion on his face (ie; smiling) and in flashbacks, he looks visibly confused at some facial expressions Ji Won has, and he doesn't seem to understand the emotions since he has an emotionless face, and he has also stated 'I don't understand' towards her which indicates he cannot properly identify not only his but the emotions of other people.
Another thing I'd like to add is that there is no formal diagnosis of Alexithymia, instead, several tests are used to identify signs and since it is not a disorder, there isn't any medication to treat it at the moment.
Edit: Schizoid Personality Disorder and Alexithymia have been found to correlate in some studies.
So disappointed with Korean dramas. I'm watching less and less. I don't know what happened to kdramas but I feel…
The thing is, this drama was tweaked. They received a lot of criticism because of the kiss in episode 1 and as a result the channel airing the drama received a warning from Korea's Censor board for inappropriate content, in response, the channel staff asked the BR staff to town down the drama immensely. The script had to be re-written and they had to emphasize some 'cringy, cute moments' to showcase that the male and female leads actually liked each other since they were not allowed to kiss again.
seems like 'no kiss' pissed off more people than the kiss..
The reason is because of the criticism they received for that one kiss in Episode 1. As a result, the channel received a warning from Korea's Censor board for inappropriate content, and thus the channel staff asked the BR staff tone down the drama immensely and thus, as a result, no kisses.
Rest in Peace, you were a beautiful human being who left a large impression on me, both on and off screen. We have no idea, what finally pushed you over the edge, however please continue to watch over us from above in your newfound peace. We will always love you.
I think so too. But how can you take them off for shooting and them back on? Isn't much work? Maby those are some…
They're invisalign. Which are invisible braces that can be taken out. They are meant to be worn for 23 hours and only taken out for 1 hour when a person needs to eat.
Basically, it's a mold of someone's teeth, which does the exact same things as normal wired braces. However, it's more convenient for some since as I stated, it's invisible and can be removed anytime and any place. Meanwhile, normal wired braces, you have to have in permanently until the final date (the date you get your braves removed).
I can for sure say that NO ONE expected this series to be way better than "WHY R U" and 2gether".
I expected it to be better because I've read the books, and I found the story of My Engineer more compelling than the story of 2gether and Why R U the series but that was my own personal opinion. I do feel bad for other viewers though who were disappointed after having the show was hyped up to the point they had high expectations for them before airing.
