Gawd the Takumi series lol. I am no expert in bl, I only watched Kinou Nani Tabeta, His series & Otouto no Otto & all were awesome. But only His can be considered BL, the others, not really.

I've read several comments of fans wanting this "twist", in twitter.

Don't u think that the whole theory of K being a virgin, ergo, reading A's mind, would make all his thoughts lose credibility? Like he isn't too honest if he knows A reads his mind...

I guess I am not on board with this theory as many are. It is much sweeter & romantic if there is no "twist".

"Cringe" are only the OLDER J BL dramas... unfortunately ppl have stayed in the past & are missing some reaaally good dramas because of that stigma.

In Life as a Girl he plays an adorable character. And in Chugakusei-something, he has a love story with an older woman which I, at least, find very sweet.

This is not specifically against you, but I think it is a bit cringe when ppl go on about "seme/top" or "uke/bottom" ::S

Someone with los self esteem and zero experience needs time to figure his feelings. To us may seem he takes forever, only because we don't want to see K sufffering but to me it would have been totally out of character of him if he just confesses to K in ep5-6. He needs TIME.

He is trying so hard since ep01, every step he makes is major for him but for the audience that expects a faster development, this drama is not for them.

He is trash for giving him hope & he would be trash if he was aloof & ignored K. No winning for him, unless he reciprocates K feelings from the go :/

OMG, reading from a comment that "Adachi is trash" because he "gives K hope & then avoids him"... ppl, his character is shy, with low self-esteem & he needs the character development bfore going into his FIRST romantic relationship O_O
