I don't think it was supposed to be. Mafuyu was just grieving on stage 10 seconds earlier about the death of his previous boyfriend. They wouldn't have jumped from that to a real kiss. That would've defeated the whole purpose of his healing.

You don't need to watch it but you might want to. It's basically a recap of what happened in TT2 and how Leo and Fiat's relationship started to grow more from friends to lovers.
