I finally got to write my final review. LSY made me cry a lot, he is so good. Would have wanted a Tak-Ari kiss in the last episode. So the unfortunate incident that happened broke my heart, but at the same time the final episode was really nice and made me happy though I was sad. It was a nice ending.
I am seeing a lot of male lead can't act in the comments, but I did not see that, especially in the latter episodes. His acting in the father-son scene made me really sad, and it was such a good acting. A lot of actors throw a fit in such scenes, and that looks like overacting, but it was so matured acting that I love it. Also the chemistries, especially all 8 together, or Seunghyun-Eunkang or Tak-Ari are just amazing. Anyway, I am looking forward to watching every thing that the eight people will act in.
I really hope Tak comes back to school, wins triathlon and Daeil survives. I felt the pain from every actor. I almost thought at one point that Wi Giyong's boss will kill him. I like how Tak is so matured that by himself he understood that nothing is Seunghyun's fault, and this is nice to see in a drama. I loved loved Eungang, how beautifully she gave space to Seunghyun but stepped up when the need rose to. Also, Tak and Ari were so heart flutteringly cute, and so were Daeil and Hanna. By the way they really did not give Hanna any role in this at all.
The theory about it is that it has been shot a bit artistically. The words that you hear on voiceover is something…
No no you are right. It's just not the right place to be artistic and I agree. It's very important to show there is consent, and though the drama is fraught with a lot of artistic symbolisms and parallels, the direction in that scene was not it.
See the same concerns don't arise about Tak-Ari's kiss, since obviously from the first second both are obviously into it, but in this one they tried something which could have been tried a diffferent way.
Currently on ep 8 and well, isn't it weird that Seung Hyun kissed Eungang even though he thought she liked that…
The theory about it is that it has been shot a bit artistically. The words that you hear on voiceover is something that has been discussed before the kiss. It went like "FL: I like ... ML : I will say it first. I know you like some one else, but I like you. FL: But you are the one I like. " Then kiss. But it is just shown artistically. It does not make sense realistically that after kissing ML says "I will say it first. I like you." He has already expressed his love by kissing. Only the other way makes sense with the entire flow of events. If you have seen the other almost kiss, the ML makes sure to look at her to understand there is consent and does not just grab and kiss.
Hello, this is my first review on this site. I am new to korean dramas, started with Squid game, binged on a few famous dramas, then watched Crash landing on you recently and I am completely in love with Shinyoung. He is Tak here. He is sooo cute talking in satoori. I see why people have been raving about satoori-speaking characters. They are just that cute. And his delivery is excellent. His body is great, isnt it? That is my ideal guy. I have been running around saying his dialogues whole day. His chemistry with Daeil and Seunghyun both are so natural and endearing. I am loving the drama. The chemistry is amazing between 7 of them. And why is every one acting so well? I will look into the works of all 8 of them because I love them so much. This is like the reply 1988 of 2022.
Well, I dont like Ari the character that much but we all have been there, it is realistic. I love how the characters are just like their MBTIs. Also, since Seunghyun is gentle, soft spoken like me, I am identifying a lot with him, well, not on the action part of course but in general. I have not really seen many naturally soft-spoken people portrayed as a strong main character, so I am amazed. And I see my best friend in Eungang. A bit impulsive, a little wild, but oh so kind. Oh what to say about Daeil my man. There is always one Daeil in a friend group. It's a must. I hope to see more of the other characters. I am confused about Hanna. I think she deserves to have many shades in her character, a little of which was there in ep 3 and 4. But she needs more meat in her character. I really thought she will be dating Tak. Why do I think Tak likes Ari? I hope Tak ends up with Hanna, though Hanna needs to have a better arc.
