I'm with you, I was not at all impressed with the first episode, especially considering the endless hype for it. The writing felt lackluster and the plot very cliche. Engineering students at Boylove University again. Some hazing. An irritating BL-obsessed girl character. Rivalry over another girl. "Oops I accidentally fell with my face on your face." And did we really need stupid pooping-your-pants humor?

Yeah, the current subtitles on YouTube are very confusing. I don't get the impression that the translator is correctly choosing whether something is stated in past tense or present tense in English, and it make a big difference. I don't want to leap to a sad conclusion because of a bad translation.

It's not just you. Fuse mentions Tee looking thinner; Tee seems tired and sad and subdued compared to Fuse. I'm worried there is a serious illness storyline lurking here.
But I'm going to hang in there and see where they go with it. Here's hoping!
