Maybe I missed some parts, but I didn't understand why the lead was bullied by his cousin (?) in the village. Was he suppose to have a cousin?

I watched the first episode, and halfway through, I dropped the drama. The first episode is kinda confusing

I think miaoluo is only appearing in aranya's dream to make fengjiu and dijun have more misunderstandings against each other. Just like how fengjiu thought dijun ditched her during the festival to fight miaoluo. She thought that he was "cheating" on her in a way. The more misunderstandings, the more likely that dijun would use the memory pill, and the drama will go back on track with the novel.

Yep, aranya married xize. The reason why aranya is hated by her parents because aranya's mother, qianhua, used to be the wife of the former king (xiangli que's brother). Xiangli que (aranya's father) fell in love with qianhua, and rebelled against his brother, Xiangli Yin (former king) to get the throne. Xiangli que killed his brother (former king) and became the king of the bird tribe. He then married qianhua. At that time, qianhua wanted to commit suicide because she didnt want to marry Xiangli que. However, she was pregnant with Junuo (eldest princess, aranya's older sister). So she decided to stay alive in order to protect preserve the bloodties left by her dead husband (Xiangli Yin). Soon after, qianhua became pregnant with a second child (aranya), but because she still hated Xiangli que, she decided to dump aranya in the snakepit and leave her to die. And because she was raised in the snake pit, aranya was depised by almost everyone because they think that she's "dirty".

So, I've heard many people recommend me to watch this movie, and I did. Although the ending was a little unexpected, I didn't expect so much gore to happen at the end. I thought they were gonna be exposed and that's all, but boy I was wrong. Overall it's a really good movie though, I enjoyed it.

No matter how I look at it, Shen Ye and Aranya's relationship is really heart breaking, even if they are only shadows.

MiaoLuo is using a projection to enter the dream, it isn't her real body. So naturally, she won't be replacing anyone. Her real body is still sealed by dijun. Since it's a projection, entering and leaving the dream is pretty easy.

It'll probably end next week or the week after. Enjoy it while it last, else you won't be able to see anymore jealous dijun after the arch ends :P

I prefer the dijun in TPB than compared to TMPB. Because the dijun in TMPB is literally a stone and wears dull purple clothes. On the other hand, the dijun in TPB dresses in light purple and slowly develops "human-like" emotions. But I love both, since it was the dijun in TMPB that made me love the drama

He lied to her and she suffered a lot of hardships and unpleasant things when she was at his palace. He wanted to replace the terrible memories with some sweet memories that they've had together. Else their fragile fate would break.
