Here are my thoughts so far. This is a pretty average drama so far. Episodes 1-2 were a good by introducing us to the characters. 3-4 we really solid because we stated to get some conflict and saw how the characters handled it. 5-6 seem kind of like filler episodes and I was kind of bored with them. It also didn't help that the ML was extremely whiny in both episodes. I'm hoping that the last half of this drama brings it all together. I don't think I'll rate this drama very high but so far it's somewhat enjoyable.
The cop sister is the worst! Put her ass in a suitcase too.
And the mama can get in the suitcase with her son too. How can she be an "activist" for domestic violence and believe that poor Hui Su "fell down some steps" multiple times? That's like DV cry for help 101. Her and the sister pissed me off bad being so obvious and turning a blind eye to Hui Su's situation.
Yo! This drama has been a rollercoaster and I hope it ends strong. The last 10 minutes of episode 8 had me wheezing!!! The grandpas are fighting!! Seo Yae Ji is a goddess and each episode the makeup and outfits continue to slay! She has planned a phenomenal role in this drama and I really hope they keep her character strong with the remaining episodes and don't make her soft.
So far so good. I've only watched one episode but it's definitely giving me similar vibes as the American drama How To Get Away With Murder. I'm excited to see how it differes. The pacing so far is good and it looks like we might get some good character storylines.
Ok, I was pretty bored with the first 3 episodes of this season but the 4th episode really stepped it up! This is the drama I was looking for. Seo Kyung and Eun Byul are just plain evil and I really don't see any redeeming qualities for them. I don't really feel bad for Jenny and Min Hyuk because they were always followers instead of being true to themselves. Now, they are paying the consequences of sucking up to other people instead of following their own moral compass. Lastly, I hope see justice for the 2 secretaries that always get verbally and physically abused by Seo Jin and Joo Dan Tae
Wow! Oh Yoon Hee that slimy snake! She is the worst! I'm sick of her always crying wolf and playing the victim. She is probably the most greedy person on this show. I know the other parents have done wrong but her and Dan Tae deserve each other.
I'm going to start keeping score of all the times RoNa threatens to leave school and blame her mom for everything, just for her to then say she will be the best in school at get into the music program at Seoul University lol
Each episode I watch each episode the childen start to become more and more like their parents. RoNa is easily manipulated and has no backbone and throws a fit every time the odds are stacked against her just like her mother. Eun Byul is like her mother, pure evil and has no sense of self-awareness and low self-esteem, which is why she is constantly picking on hers that she considers inferior. Jenny and Minhyuk are puppets and followers just like their moms. Lastly the twins, Seok Gyeong is her father's child. She is scary AF and can control everyone around her. She has made herself the ring leader and no one can. Go against her because they are afraid of the wrath she is capable bringing upon them. Seok Hoon, even though not the biological son of Soo Ryun, shows so much strength and compassion and has no tolerance to injustice. This show is great at highlighting and foreshadowing each character. I'm so happy there is another season coming out!
Ro Na is a annoying brat like her mom I can’t stand themI’m so disappointed in eun byeol she was the only…
I couldn't agree with you more. I'm trying to root for Ro Na and her mom but they are making it hard with their carelessness. Also, how could Yoon Hee(Ro Na's mom) even listen to that scumbag walking through the lobby. He has done so much to try and destroy her, how could she take the bait so easily?
The fraternal twins are annoying me. Seok Hoon wants to be good I can see but he needs to learn to stand on his own to feet. Why is Seok Gyeong so concerned about what her brother possibly liking RoNa? Perhaps it's a since of comfort and she doesn't want to feel like she has been replaced or abandoned. Because of their father's abuse, I can understand why they cling close to each other but sometimes the way Seok Gyeong acts you'd think she liked her brother too??
My comment is strictly about how the drama is moving. I know the majority of the comments have been about the love triangle but I'm not about to get into that to start more fan-wars in this comment section lol. Anyway, I had a feeling that toward the middle it would slow down and have a few unnecessary diolog scenes. I hope that in this second half we will start to see the story unfold a little more for each character. I'm still enjoying it, but I'm hoping this isn't the part where the writers ran out of steam because they gave us all the goods in the beginning.
management, selling, creating, research and development.. all different skillsets that don't have to know all…
Which makes sense I just wish they would have fleshed that out as her role. I mean sure she got the red CEO shirt which we can assume she's doing CEO types of things, but the way it was shot all we see is her behind a computer. We see what the other 4 are working on and trying to produce because we know their skills and we only see Dal-mi "looking busy" without actually seeing what she's doing lol. In my opinion that's just a minor slip up of editing and writing
