A FANTASTIC film! Heartwarming, comedy, romance, a slice of life, everything put into one! On top of that, the main leads have sizzling chemistry which is a bonus too. Though there was a couple of flaws that stuck out like a sore thumb, but otherwise this film deserves a 9/10!
Unexpectedly better than I had in mind, so that was great. But the CGIs were pretty bad and most of the fantasy stuff looked very fake. But nevertheless, this film should be taken with a grain of salt; purely for entertainment factor. :)
KBS's hit dramas in 2013 were Good Doctor and Secret, so no surprise why most their casts snagged half the throphies.
On the other hand, I have no idea how Yoona got the Excellence actress award. Maybe the executives over at KBS were fans of SNSD??
...And, at first I thought she was quite good in Prime Minister & I (at least better than I expected of her) but I've since dropped that drama after 7 episodes. Her acting felt more unnatural all of the sudden and kinda annoyingly exaggerated the way she played her character. Plus, the plot itself was slow and repetitive.
Hundred Year Inheritance... was just unexpected. Heck, the only reason that "Drama of The Year" category exists was because The Moon that Embraces the Sun was such a hit in 2012, that that category just had to be made up for that drama.
2013 was a disappointing year for MBC, and to avoid suspicions of stripping that category completely, might as well give it to any random drama they could think of.
The only drama from this list that I watched from start to end was I Hear Your Voice...
(Though I'm positively planning to watch King of Dramas).

Heirs– let's not even describe. I was too bored and too lazy to finish it.
The first half of the series was great, but the latter half dragged by a mile.
But it's a pretty relaxed watch though. No evil characters or anything. ^_^
Fantastic start on the first episode! I wasn't sure what to expect at first because I didn't think there would be enough of a conflict that would tie the story together. But of course, I was wrong.
Kim Soo Hyun + Jeon Ji Hyun = SIZZLING ROMANCE (heck yes please).
I went into this drama without any expectations but surprisingly it's actually quite a quirky and charming drama. Might be just what I need to get out of a drama slump! ^_^

Hi! I really enjoyed your post on the drama "Heirs". I'm on the fence of watching it (yep, I'm one of those 20% who isn't watching it yet) because I never liked Secret Garden and it was also very slow paced (ended up dropping it xD).
But thanks to your article, I might watch it when it finishes airing. :)
Just watched the first episode. It was surprisingly very good! Has everything I like about a drama: action, romance, evil characters, betrayal. Can't wait to see what more it holds in the future!
