I may be 20% with you on this one. I came in blind. I don't even know what I was expecting, but what is being delivered is not it, whatever "it" is. This is a new type. Maybe "it" will come together as the show goes on, but everyone is giving "sus" in this drama to me.
One thing I know tho, is that FL has a condition. she def has a psych problem..
There are consequences to actions, and in as much as Prince Li may like for Ye Li to see things from his pov, there really is nothing that can be done romantically between them. That ship is at the ocean bed at this point. Ye Li can come to terms with how things happened and can forgive him, but she is married. Prince Li should move on.
I like the drama sha. I am anticipating the coming episodes.

I can understand the frustration. I don't analyse things like 'plot holes' or 'lazy writing' tho. If the characters are giving me headache or frustrating me and it looks like it will go on for a couple more episodes, I'm out.

But I think this one is ok.

But that is the thing tho. How can she fix the past and sacrifice herself if she cannot remember the past? Maybe they are trying to mix soul swapping and reincarnation. After watching episode 12, I kinda understand what is going on. Seo Ri that was in the present for the past how many years is not the real one. When the present day parents did that family suicide, this Joseon speaking Seo Ri swapped souls with the one that was living in her place. That is why she was unable to act or remember anything after she was rescued from the river. Joseon speaking Seo Ri is the real one while the one that tanked her career and made her nearly homeless is Kang Dam-Shin (or what ever her name is). I don't think it is bizarre nor faked.
What I am anticipating is how they will explain why they are forcing the real Seo-Ri to go back to the Joseon dynasty.
