I've been away from dramaland for a bit and wanted something new with my favorite OG leads. I was surprised by how much I actually like this drama, great acting, the storyline wasn't anything new but I loved the way the plot and romance progressed. Unlike some other comments I liked and preferred the ending.
This drama was my way back into historical kdrama after too long of a break and I enjoyed every bit of it, even that sugary ending. This was really a cute fun watch, I love a good timeslip drama. I have missed my Saeguk dramas, would love some recommendations from the past 3 years.
Is this one of those dramas where only the first couple of eps are good (or first half), then drops the ball completely…
The quality was consistent throughout, some people like it and some people didn’t, because they were taken back but this was a story about healing and finding one’s self. I suggest you watch the drama with your own take. It was an enjoyable entertaining watch with a slice of life twist to it.
I enjoyed the drama and how it wrapped up and it was a closure that was well intended. This was more so a slice of life healing drama not a revenge makjang drama, this was about a woman who was faced with various life changing circumstances and how she handled those changes was heartfelt. I would definitely rewatch this drama.
