How did the Jai Bai relationship manage to last that long. I swear either it’s cdramas or Chinese culture but people need to stop being so considerate towards obviously toxic relationships. I’ve seen this trend in multiple dramas where characters and people around them try to justify or save abusive or toxic relationships. So weird as a watcher.

Does IU know how to pick a script and serve a performance or what. I don’t think she’s had a bad or even mediocre drama. Now she’s smashed it with a 9.4 rated show.

10 episodes in and this girl is so high maintenance it’s exhausting. Everything is a slight to her and she flies off the handle at the slightest inconvenience in her first relationship. Some might even use the word toxic. Hopefully she becomes a better person to justify all these high ratings.

Alright I tried to move on but I can’t. I’m just gonna start rewatching cus I can only watch so many reels, TikTok’s or BTS of Sang Yan and Yi Fan.

As much as KSR deserves justice, I very much doubt her family who failed to protect her from this pedo and used her as a cash cow isn't just looking for a payday and using her one last time to hit for a lick. Seems like everyone around her was just out there to use her for their own gain ignoring what she might have been going through.

I’ve never cried more than I’ve cried at ep 25. I’m so sorry for what she went through. I’m so sorry for any such story in the world. I’ve never wanted so bad to do something for a fictional character. I’m just so sad.

You don’t but you catch little nuggets that makes the story richer if you have a little more context in some scenes.

The award for most useless, annoying and creepy second ML goes to this Mu Cheng Yun weirdo. I’ve never seen a bigger loser character just taking up screen time.

I liked the show but I’d say this is a very sterilized version of a much better romance story hidden within it. The show was missing a lot of body that was just replaced by lingering glances. But overall a decent 8/10.
