ikr!!! 😭 eh really? i haven’t watched My Journey to You yet. after my past experiences with her dramas, i’m honestly scared to start because i feel like i might just drop it midway. and yeah, same. i don’t hate her at all. i actually enjoy her a lot in variety shows, she feels way more natural there. i get what you mean about the over-cuteness too. sometimes it breaks the emotional moments for me. lately in dramas though, her acting style just doesn’t work for me personally and sometimes feels a bit forced, which takes me out of the scene. it’s kinda sad that these days being honest automatically gets labeled as hate. having preferences or different opinions doesn’t mean we’re attacking anyone.
finally caught up to the latest ep (had to watch some parts on 2x and skip a bit 😅). idk why but as the drama goes on, i feel myself slowly losing interest. i actually like the storyline and heyu is great, but i just can’t really connect with esther’s acting. i’ve watched a few of her dramas before and always had a hard time finishing them, so maybe her acting style just isn’t for me. overall, the plot is interesting, but the chemistry feels a bit off for me, which makes it harder to stay invested.
imo s5 is better 💁🏻♀️ hmh should join them, not this season. as for yutong, im ok with her. she is actually fine but everyone being toxic & making speculations about her. people need to stop making assumptions as maybe some parts were edited out, so u dont actually know what really went down. for this, i blame the production team because their editing caused so many issues to come up. & im honestly fine with everyone except hao jie. after ep7-1, i really cant tolerate with her anymore. bossy af……
