It’s a light and nice to watch drama. Too bad not able to see them solve more cases. I guess this is purely rom-com and solving cases are just sides. Though the ML couple is cute, I still prefer to see LSG in action or deep storyline drama so as to showcase his talent. He is kind off a bit shy in romantic & kiss scenes, whereas, LSY looks more daring😅 (when you see the behind the scenes shots). Overall, a bit wasted of his talent here as FL character looks more dominant than ML role. I guess he just want something easy and light. Looking forward to his new project. As for LSY, I prefer her acts in this drama than The Red Sleeve as we can see her from being comedic to serious to crying and so comfortable in romantic scenes. All in all she is more stand out in this drama (whereas in The Red Sleeve, Lee Junho is the stand out one😅).
Go Kyung Pyo portrayer of Jiho is so lovable😘. Though he has the social problems around people, but I do find him adorable in some instances. Looks like no other people can understand him except Sang Eun…only she can tame him…cute couple😘😘

There's a certain things they didn't reveal yet, 1. The mysterious person sneaks into the room, leaving the hairpin…
I think… 1. It’s Kang Baek. After quarrelling with Nanhee, probably the pin got into him and he dropped on the stairs. 2. Maybe it’s Kang Baek, he found out about the affair of Nanhee & NGW. We can see a shadow outside his office when both are fighting inside. After that, Kang Baek follow Nanhee into the garden & quarrel..still not sure if he is the killer (my guess it’s not) 3. Maybe her room mate. She is the closest friend to Nanhee..
Episode 9 is funny & good and it’s like back to the original genre😅 as compared to episode 7 & 8. It's not like the ML back story is not good, it is nice to know. But, the editing could have been done in a better way…having 2 episodes continuously on the back story seems to break the flow of the whole drama. Could have broken into parts and insert in different episodes along the way. I am no expert in that but as a viewer I feel that the atmosphere of the drama just changed abruptly. Though the drama is shorten to 12 episodes, it does not matter as long as the story close well. 3 more episodes to go, hope they wrap up properly and not left hanging there hoping for S2.
This episode is pointing at the nerdy spec guy is partner in crime with the chef. The person that stab the judge looks small built…just like the nerdy spec guy…but why does the judge have the shoe with the yellow strips in his car? Unless someone planted it. At one point, thought the judge could be the murderer, really hope he is not. I also speculated that Eun Ki could be working with the chef too because the murderer I see is small built & walks like a girl…Eun ki could be the sister of Yoon Jae taking revenge. The writer is good….the story can go many ways😅
I have watched till episode 6, it’s not making me wanting to watch more. Don’t like the interaction between Nan Hee and the professor and the son. Is the son too simple minded or blindly in love to understand Nan Hee…in fact did not even notice that he is interested in her in the earlier episodes. Kind of able to anticipate what is going to happen in a typical way of any makjang drama. I am going to drop it…save my time to watch other dramas instead😱
At episode 10, writer trying to show us that the judge is the killer…but I think he might not be the killer ( also because it is only at episode 10, too early to reveal🤔). He probably is going through the motion to understand & solve the case. And Yoon Jae is possible to be still alive and could be the nerd computer guy and I highly suspect that he could be the killer or one of the killer working together with the chef. There is a scene where Sung Joon is fighting with the killer in the abandoned centre (episode 9), the killer’s build look a bit on the smaller frame type. This is just my guess. story plot is intriguing and seems like it changes every episode…interesting 👍
I think the so called brother could be the murderer or working together with the amnesia guy. Don’t think the ML is the killer, those scenes just trying to misdirect us🤔….The reason why there are ML fingerprints on the tape is because I remember seeing him packing the tape when he is at the dumpling restaurant. And the ML likely to be the son of the CEO, probably the nurse is the mistress of the CEO and pregnant with the ML and in the end married the chef but the ML just address him as “brother”….
Congratulations 🎉 👏👏🎊 for the Best Actor Award.. (On a side note, why doesn’t he look happy during the ceremony, he didn’t really smile? Is he too tired with all the filming🤔)…
Although this drama is slow burn but I love the storyline….heart warming👍. Not forgetting the excellent performance from Wooki. Love him even more after watching him in this drama..he nailed it…a genre that I have not seen him in it before. His amazing eyes tell you the stories & emotions. He still top my list compared to most Korean actors. I have a wish now…hope that I can see him in Sageuk dramas (it’s been a long time) in the near future 😘
My thoughts…at least there are 2 persons or more working together that are involve and are the joker murderers (maybe among the 5 children that escape). Taec yeon mentioned in an interview that MLs can be a villain too. The drama attempt to protray that Sung Joon is the murderer but I feel that Sung Hoon could be the one…he is too calm, probably the mastermind of the joker murder😅. But let’s not forget the FL, Eun Ki, she is a suspect too. Nowadays, quite a few dramas showcase female antagonist 😅
I think Jung Jiho probably is a genius criminal profiler, which explains he is high IQ & low EQ. And that’s why his character seems dull. But, he seems to be improving by taking classes to improve himself to be more sociable. In the next episode, it looks like there is some rivalry with Kang Hae Jin to vie for Choi Sang Eun. Hopefully, as the story goes…the rom-com is coming…
Overall it is a good drama. Highly recommended. Agree with some say Miho dying scene is not so natural. She certainly look like still got many more months to live because she neither look sickly or pale (not like the other prisoner that died due to the same cancer). They could have just show she nearing death at the end of the drama, not necessary show the death scene in the hospital. Choi Doha’s death is still acceptable because there is a saying like let him “have a taste of his own medicine”, probably best way to kill him. He is just too smart, cunning & powerful to be dealt with using the law. ** Looks like could have a S2. But it will so challenging to come up with another exciting story plot. But then again without S2 is also fine.😊
Not the ending that I hope to see. Just wish it has a clean & neat ending…but🤔. Overall, this drama is average though I have high expectation because of Ji Sung. This drama start slow-paced and end slow-paced as well….only couple of episodes in the middle are kind of exciting. I don’t think I would want a S2 for this drama.
