"My marriage is different""Lee Tae Oh slept with me"BOOOM... That's karma for you
i'm not even going to lie i laughed at that scene. i was like deserve she really tried to 'i'm not like other girls' sunwoo and sunwoo was like ... yeah, about that
Car accidents are a dime a dozen in kdramas, so here's to hoping that the POS Taeoh will be the victim of one (even though so far this drama has managed to avoid common tropes). He infuriates me more than anyone else, and that's saying a lot considering Inkyu the domestic abuser is also a prominent character on this show. This drama is really good at planting seeds of doubt inside my head. Dr. Yoongi was one of the only characters I thought was on Sunwoo's side, but now I'm not so sure. The unreliability of it all is very compelling. Yerim's character growth is really important. She's growing a spine, and although it's a bit sad that she found out the truth about Jehyuk right when things started to go 'right' for them, (once again, it all comes back to Taeoh, doesn't it?) it's ultimately the right decision. A child is not going to solve anyone's problems, it'll just exacerbate the existing ones. Cannot stand Myungsook either, she is another character that does nothing but infuriate me. She also had some nerve telling Sunwoo she was her only ally in Gosan.
It should be really interesting to see who they cast as Jugyeong. I hope they can actually find someone with more 'plain' looks that can be completely transformed by makeup, otherwise that would defeat the purpose of the webtoon.
In my opinion, I don't think the purpose of the movie was to make any of the characters endearing. If you think…
I agree. I don't think we see a clear-cut "evil" or bad guy/good guy -- rather, we meet many individuals who are morally vacuous, doing what they must to survive.
There isn't a drama that I love more than W - I watched it long ago but nothing has come close to it quite yet. Even though it did fall off a bit towards the end as the plot got more and more convoluted, it's something I'm willing to overlook because the rest of it was just SO good. The premise was so unique, the pairing was great (the plot >> the romance though).
