This is such a cute and sweet drama and the story is so simplistic you can literally watch in one go. The characters are relatable and i kind of got me interested in this game world lol, i just wish it was longer... but aside from that i have to say Honda's acting is not bad at all here but i might be because she's actually a gamer in real life so i guess she could relate to the character and i loved it, loved her wardrobe as well.
i feel like the synopsis is a little bit misleading but regardless it was good drama to watch. it's very slow paced and you really can't expect anything but at the same time was comfy to watch. if i can say one bad thing is about Shuri's character and how unbereable she was, it was kind of annoying to see her not leaving the apartment, i would feel suffocated if i was Kyoya.
The first chinese drama that i watched and pretty much the fluffiest one among all the dramas that i watched to date! The comments here are so positive that i'm afraid to even write one lol. But yes i agree that the main couple is cute and everything and i guess i just finished because of them (even thought i didn't go crazy for them, as some here) but yes aside from them story wise speaking it's pretty much boring. 40 episodes? that was crazy they could have told the whole story in 20 episodes, It's also filled with flashbacks and the story behind the past is kind of weak (?) also as much as i find the boys of his team cute and funny i got bored of them easily as well. I did find her friend YaYa interesting though.
''Adultery without feeling guilty'' pretty much sums this drama. Honestly it was beyond me that even after being caught neither Mitsu or Arishima didn't feel even a little bit guilty. Mitsu is honestly one of the most selfish -if not the most selfish character ever- and she no even once cared for her husband feelings, i dare to say not even for Arishima's feelings as well, since just to see him, she wanted him to leave his kid with a fever (that part was crazy), the lack of character development was insane, even with the whole flyer thing, she could not be less bothered, and the fact that if it wasn't for Arishima trying to end things, she would still be holding it like... no words. I didn't specifically root for any character, because well none of them were really likeable but the whole crazy husband thing made me interested to keep watching, i also need to point how good that actor is.
Rina was some crazy bitch but what she said at the end was true. It takes two people to cheat and even though pretty much everything was part of her plan, he played with her as well, but still didn't suffer the conquesences, more like his wife did which was unfair. But well this drama might try to pass a different way to see 'cheat' which i don't agree but anyways i would have liked if she did end up with Haruta, but there was never a mutual pining so...
It may be because i'm used to japanese dramas but i thought this would be heavier. Instead this drama focus a lot more in the feelings and angsty sides of betrayal rather than the physical, althought we get to see some of them but mostly the guilty-angsty side, which is not a bad thing but as this drama is an hour long per episode it got way to dragged. The throphes such as ex girlfriend playing the evil really got on my nerves and at some point i was done already. The ending explains this drama in a nutshell pretty much: dramatic. Some may think it was realistic but Wei Wei character could have her development through the episodes but no it had to go until the end and i just can't swallow that, at least not for now. On that being said i absolutely loved Puff Guo and Jasper Liu chemistry, though it was a bit wasted here, just them looking at each other can deliever so many feelings and i could feel all of them. This drama highlight is their chemistry.
This is just my second medical drama and althought i don't understand it's terms i found ridiculous how the patients were literally about to die and they kept talking/fighting in the middle of it and this happened until the last minute, it's was just unrealistic to me. Also pretty much everything was build to make Tokai seems like the hero as if this wasn't a big hospital with a lot of doctors, i mean were they all that incompetent? just to rely in one person? He was pretty much dislikeable so i rolled my eyes a lot for the crucial moments when the tension and the drama was build to favor his character. But aside from this i actually didn't feel boring while watching it + the ost and the photography are insanely pretty so they got me there.
This series doesn't deserve the low rating that it has here. At first i thought that Kubota playing a colegial was going to be weird especially because there is a side of the cast that is actually young like Nagano and Mackenyu but after finishing it i can't imagine anyone but him. The whole series deals with such sensive topics in a such raw way, that honestly if you get triggered easily it's not for you, but most of these topics are so important and you can't wait to see the characters evolution. My only criticism would be that i wish their bond were not that weak as we can see Maru never really had a development and easily betrayed them. But i really loved it, the ending was also satisfying.
I don't why this is longer than the original version and why does it have more episodes than J-Dramas usually have but because of this after episode 8 i just keep watching it because i wanted to finish it i also started to get bored of the main couple i guess by the end i was more interested in Hasumi-Shiori relationship but yes overall: kind of boring and cringe.
The plot is incredible and i love how the topics are discussed through the drama, it's nice to see Shirou's character development i also couldn't wait to see Kenji meet Shirou's family and when he did that was a highlight for me. I also want to point out that all the food that they made looked delicious i want to make all of them lol.
Why do you infer that all BL degrades gay people? Just because the genre has a lot of harmful tropes, the tropes…
I don't have that much either but i don't wanna feel like i'm annoying them with something that they don't know/care. Also idk if you wanna be mutual with me since i kind of tweet about kpop? (just two groups) and english is also not my first language. But if you wanna i'm @prkjsmins hehe. Ah ok i just started it, gonna tell you after i finish.

omg i'm actually annoying my followers on twitter because i keep talking about it lmao i really liked and i regret not watching before thinking it's was a parody or something. also yes? I love Shison Jun since i watched him in Todome no Kiss, i hope i can like his character as well. Also TV Asashi confirmed a season 2 this year but i'm not sure if it's gonna be same cast :/
A very cute drama but there's isn't much to talk about. You can watch if you are up to watch something cute. Thumbs up to the photography that runs out from the typical jdramas tho, it's very beautiful.

Can you recommend me BL that don't degrade LGBT people? I've read novels and watched bl enough to have this view of them, mostly bl dramas the boys refuse to be called gay/bi they get extremely offended even though in the end they will end up with a guy and it always has that infamous 'i don't like boys, it's just you' + the mockery and the problematic tropes that BL world is surrounded. To me other than the age gap the couple on this drama has none of it, they actually discuss their sexuality and Wataru even comes out to his mom and i feel like it's well portraited to be put in the bl genre.
I regret not watching this show before. Every character was very likeable, even the chef was funny (except when he started to chase Haruta after he said no) the plot is good and it's very easy to watch. I love Haruta and Maki i hope we can see lovey-dovey moments of them in the movie.
Ah ok i just started it, gonna tell you after i finish.
Ah ok i'm gonna catch up with this movie rn lol.
