exactly! do they need every ep having them in a chokehold? this is still a romance kdrama. not a political thriller, a marvel superhero movie or a dark romance wattpad novel
personally i was thrilled, kicking my feet the whole ep bcz of their development, and then at the end i nodded my head thinking "yes now this finally feels like a kdrama"

i think the casts/director alr mentioned that it would later evolve into more romcom type, so i suppose it shouldn't have come as a surprise? personally i loved it, i loved them spending time together and having more open interactions rather than feeling each other out
