well yes her character was supposed to be a bit much, evil until she learns abt love compassion and get humanized,…
1)the demon getting humanized is the point of the show tbh, you should have expected it if u saw the genre was romance or the moment Bael warned her. The show is abt how she will experience the "forbidden emotions" for a demon that is love and passion (or was it sorrow?). to explain this, i'd use the example of "if u leave an iced coffee out in the sun for too long, it'll eventually melt" (this was said by the doctor that bitna went to in ep 9 probably) if i were to be straight w u: its plot and writer's choice
2)idk what you mean but a woman having to love someone for character development isn't an 'always' case. However yes, it is true that they always use love to bring abt the change in the "cold/cruel/unfeeling/emotionless" character. But this idea isn't completely baseless as love is a fundamental emotion in humans, and it comes w a lot of other emotions (i could go on)
3) for her character development, im pleasantly surprised that she did not go all soft and mushy after falling in love and was still ruthless w criminals, she’s still strong and fierce but simply understands pain. In ep 10 it seemed as if she was actually empathizing w the victim's families and was upset/angry on behalf of them.
4) human kang bitna's case still remains a mystery but daon's colleagues have started digging into her past so I hope we'll get an answer. sorry for the long rant 😭
did u watch this drama? why r u randomly assuming its bcz of double standards and favoritism of actors? and since ur talking abt that, yk how many ppl watched my demon just for the cast? also what r u doing comparing two dramas which have completely different vibe/genres
coming back here cz i can't get over them. oh god do i love them, when was the last time i've been so obsessed over a show? waiting has never been this hard....
Gremory is scary as hell. Wtf is is her goal. Sometimes she says Justitia is her idol & don't kill her. Her expressions…
she is simply justitia obsessed, yk those crazy obsessive fans that worship their idol and can't bear to see any opposite sex member around them? she just like that
What I noticed was Justitia sword increased when she was fighting that other demon, humans will probably not be…
i don't think that is the cause, long sword or short daggers both r painful, it might be bcz for the humans she's simply just gonna stab them w it after beating them up so hard they're barely alive, the stabbing is just to seal the deal. For the fight w paimon however, it was an actual fight, she might've used the long sword to match w paimon's huge af weapon and it also increases the reach of the weapon so u can fight without having to get too close to ur opponent
Below are my thoughts - would love to know others' perspective! [1 ] Killer J = Satan, because he is the evilest…
to point 2, yes it was obvious the second son isn't a killer, the other family members give more sinister vibe point 3, now idk his motives but i think bael believes that paimon (yes very pokemonish name, his name is so cute unlike him) can't overpower justitia and thus can't kill her, spider guy doesn't seem like a bad character at all till now in the upcoming eps he most probably punishes justitia by taking away her powers, but im just gonna randomly guess its bcz he thinks highly of her and believes she can prove she's a demon even without powers (yes im just calling bs rn) this show has only been impressing me thus far, hope they do not leave loose ends ur interpretation skills are great 👍
