Someone convince me to keep watching. I was vaguely interested in Episode 1 after seeing that thing with the kid.…
If you're a fan of horror, especially with all of the supernatural/religious-shamanism themes going on, I'll say continue with the show. π
The show starts to get more interesting as they reveal more about Peem's backstory and his connection to Khem. It also does a fairly good job of balancing horror with drama, comedy, and romance. The CGI is surprisingly decent, in my opinion, and it isn't too distracting that it detracts from your overall experience.
Buuut, I might be a bit biased since horror is one of my favorite genres lol. However, I also didn't really have any expectations going into this show other than expecting it to be an enjoyable watch. Perhaps thatβs why, I'm enjoying it so much more, aside from the horror elements. π
If it's still not catching your attention, then it's completely fine to drop the show. I understand how disappointing it can be when a show doesn't vibe with you, especially when everyone else seems to love it so much. π«
This series still upsets me so much! I know it's not realistic for every relationship to end on a happy note and…
If you guys want to know whether to watch it or skip it:
The story has a bittersweet ending and was basically left up to interpretation. π π But even with that being said, I still recommend watching it because it's cute love story about friendship and youth. + It's Yin and War - you can never go wrong with these two!
It's not a happy ending?I almost started watching it, thanks for the heads up.
I mentioned it in my last reply. I put the spoiler tag - just in case people didn't want to know the ending.
But It ended on bittersweet note with the two confessing that they like each other. Technically, they didn't ended up together but they also kinda left the ending up to interpretation.
So in my mind, they did eventually met up years later and ended up together.... jsksksk π π

No, unfortunately it didn't.
But I still recommend watching it if you like YinWar in a cute story/setting. The story is wholesome for the most part and all of the characters are likable - except the 2 people who are close to Dew.
I know it's not realistic for every relationship to end on a happy note and it was a different time but c'mon, why couldn't they end up together? All they did was like each other! π€π
' great ' lol . With euro cake and green tea ? ππ
Haha!
I enjoyed the show but I forgot how constantly they were shoving the ADs down our throats... Although, I can't really get mad at them for trying to make some money and honestly, I take green tea over the Euro cake any day.
I'm actually wondering this as well. Personally, I don't mind the pacing and development of their relationship/characters…
Exactly.
Even tho, it's not what people expected (story-wise) it's still quite impressive. And it seems like Yin and War are pleased with what they were able to do to make J&J possible.
I imagined the 4 credited writers of the show sitting at a table, all confused and worried, dozens of pages with…

Personally, I don't mind the pacing and development of their relationship/characters as I think it fits their personalities more, imo. However, I do wish we got more of the casino/partner in crime vibe that we got during the teaser and concert film.
I feel like they went crazy on that short film lol but it could've been the directing as well. They fully invested their saving into this series and are producers as well. So they probably had like 80-90% of control. Yin said that they had been working on the script for almost two years and along the way, the story was constantly changing and stuff.
He also said that not every idea or shot was perfect but I think they got to a place where they were satisfied with the result - based on some of the interviews they had regarding the show.
I find the new Love Mechanics very weird, many new characters portraying the characters of the old version of…
I didn't watch the original when it first aired, but considering that this a remake or an 'extended version' of the series. There will be some changes, especially if it's a new director.
Although, it's common for directors/production crew to change filming locations. It's mostly due to issues with the locations, such as, weather conditions, not being available for whatever reason and etc.
Sometimes, there's not really a specific reason why they decided to change something lol. They probably just thought the scene would look pretty if it was filmed that way. π
Really?I'm guessing it's because there are more people rooting for Team Daon then Team Shinwoo. It always 50/50…
Well, I just was going by what I saw in previous situations(?)... Because there's always a 50/80% ratio of people shipping the ML with the SL and hating on the other ML. And I seen it happen... But it seems like the situation here is different compared to other dramas. π€·π»ββοΈ
From the previous EPs, it looked like Sohee and Goong Shi were going to have a thing. So there's a possibility…
Agreed. I think she feels terrible about what happened, but I still wouldn't want to see her. The best thing for her to do right now is to reflect on what she did and think about herself. I felt like she was still pressuring him to stay friends. She just needs to give him space
Yeah. Light on me is based on a story-based app game and I stumbled upon a spoiler on Youtube by accident and…
Sorry, I didn't watch the video because I didn't want to spoil myself (though, I kinda already did with the title of the video lol). But if I find it again, I'll come back and spoil it for you... xD

I saw this last year and the year before that but I don't remember if they translated it for us on YT. Ugh, now I'm sad again. π«

From what I gather, maybe?
But it might be different for the drama, though. I still believe they'll end up together, but who knows?
