Please tell me that I am not alone in hoping that there will be a 2nd season/series for this show! It's too good, the cast is too good for me to say goodbye in only another 6 episodes!!!
I like the scenes with GP SungNam and Chunghwa - I feel she knows about her short life and just trying to enjoy…
Chungha comes across like a butterfly or a sweet frolicking puppy. She's sweet and I think lovable but maybe the hate is coming from people who think she'd be eaten alive by the court?
So I want to be clear on this: when the Queen gave the Dowager the Cuckoo Pint in the box--she was stating to the Dowager that it could be made into a poison or a tonic (depending on the Dowager's behavior). When the King came to visit the Dowager was she out and out telling the King that the Queen had poisoned her?
So can someone clarify for me why the Queen hasn't out and out said to her sons that they need to get on the ball because their lives are in literal danger?
IS she not telling them because she doesn't want to stress them, or because she doesn't think they could handle it?
Instead of giving them vague comments like "You never know what will happen in the palace!" wouldn't they take it more to heart if she said "Everyone is conspiring to see you all fail and to see me deposed--so get your acts together and be careful!"
It wasn't a dark side. His mother keeps mentioning he could be the next crown prince but he has no wealthy background…
Actually, to be fair I'd say that you're incorrect in saying that the other princes "won't lose anything if they don't get chosen"-- Prince Uiseong is such a nasty piece of work that I am certain that he would arrange "accidents" to befall all of his brothers (be they the children of consorts or the queen). He isn't going to want there to be _any_ chance of a competitor rising--or threatening his seat on the throne .
Any chance at all that the rest of this is ever going to get subbed? Where can I request that (I'm new to that sort of thing) but I'd really like to watch the series

Just wondering.....
