No. I'm pretty sure Yeo Bin is the sister of Min Sun (the bigger girl) who died. Min Sun's bullies weren't real, they were all different personalities of Yeo Bin (until the end when they showed the lighter irl insinuating that maybe everything wasn't all in Yeo Bin's head but it's left open to interpretation.
