Wow.. Favorite season of all the versions. Great people, great music and fun team. The two darling couples made it perfect. Was on Rainie's team all along- just adore JunJun.
Very artistically made movie with beautiful frames and moments . There were many great scenes that will stay with me- of two strangers opening up to each other, such as the one at the market when she talks to him in Chinese. I also loved that Seattle itself felt like a character in the movie. The ending felt a little too open-ended, but it was probably best that way.
This is a special one. There's a superb cast, of course, and a heartwarming story. Both Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are a treat to watch, as are the second leads and the many memorable characters throughout the drama. Through them and the situations they face we are shown not only their differences, but also their similarities as mere people caught in a difficult situation. While the drama started off a little questionable reality-wise, it grew quite beautifully grounded and real as the story progressed. I especially loved it for the larger message it gave - of brotherhood and peace.
Very compelling and intense drama. Loved the cast and characters- they were both unique and endearing and stayed with me long after I stopped watching. Also of course, the visual beauty of almost every scene was stunning, very much like a vivid painting. I enjoyed the experience of watching it , except for that it left me feeling heavy-hearted by the end.
Loved it. Great cast and narration. Hyun Bin was especially amazing. It was truly an edge of seat drama, very well made and captivating. It raised so many questions throughout, most of which were answered as the drama progressed. The ending itself is left as an open question, which felt okay to me.
It was interesting to see the various members coming from very different backgrounds navigate relationships and work towards their goals while living together. The location being Hawaii helped, making the vibe more relaxed and fun. It got a little tedious towards the last several episodes, even though the commentators were generally able to keep up the energy. It was a good watch overall.
This was an interesting, layered drama. What stood out for me was the journey of the characters, especially that of Wako. It was ultimately her breaking free story. As for the controversy about the couple, I think it was addressed in the drama by the other characters as well as by the story itself.
a drama unlike almost any other I've seen. The story and narration is natural and realistic, at the same time very pretty and artistic, its very much visual poetry. Loved the feel, the music and the cast.
The characters were befitting the realism of the drama.. lovable, real, flawed, human. The character arcs -of the lead, Yoon Jin Ah as well as the others, are very interesting to watch. The ending is happy, though not as perfectly wrapped and tied with a bow as in usual dramas. I loved every scene in the drama - its probably one to watch slowly, in its own pace.
Great cast, visuals and music. Everything is great about this drama, except that it became a little boring in the second half. The characters and story was established and nothing interesting was left to happen and so it dragged on a bit, until they decided to bring it to an end.
Interesting drama with a cool set of actors. The five or so episodes near the end felt dragged out and I had to make myself sit through it, but the ending was fine. It was good to watch both Lee Seung Gi and Cha Seung Won after a long time.
