I think Kang Min Ki did not remember his first life tho. It was his 23rd life, so during her first life, he was already in his 4th or maybe 5th. He want to forget, but did not know how since he didn't meet the person in his first life using the same appearance and to settle the unsettled thing like FL do. The FL is just in luck to meet him tho since he's the one in the first place that made her in that position and they have something that need to be settled. As for ML's mom, i think she's just one of the people who can remember her own past life, same as FL, Min Ki and maybe other people that they are not aware of. Just Min Ki helping both the women to move on and lead their future without being tied. I am not sure about the thing Hanna give Minki but I think it is the thing that being the source of her remembering past life. Just like FL, its all start with the bell tho. I hope this helps you to understand few things that you confused. One thing bothering me tho, how Hanna and Min Ki meet and how she recognized her? I know why Minki remember the FL but Hanna? How?
