I agree with you. If not because of CG, AS will continue to be his father "slave" even AS never want to the tribe leader. As i go through more episodes and i saw the way ayier look at AS with worry and love, i immediately know that something is going on and it strenghten my opinion about what is going on. AS being held there because of his adopted mother, the one who took him. But after everything happen, he realize that whatever he do for Yanli is to repay the gratitude and he done it enough. Thats the catalyst for him to being braver as now CG is with him and become a better person to protect the people who stands by him. As for CG, that time I understand as she being obssesed to avenge her family and try to save everyone from Tang but ayier death make her realize she was wrong and this is the point for her character growth to become someone who will not do something without thinking the big picture. I did not drop this drama. 4 more episodes to go until i finish this drama and CG really grow in my heart. Not just her but every person in the drama (not the villain tho 😂) as they have their own journey to become a better person for their country and loved one.
At ep 20 and Changge getting on my nerves. She always thought what she thinks is always right even Shuyu itself say she's really stubborn. She needs to know that Asun also needs to obey his father even he promised her not to attack Tang. The power is not in his hand even he try his best to protect her in his own way. But she gets him troubles. Hope Changge getting better because i don't want to drop yet another drama after WRTW.

I don't really mind the political struggles. But it just more focus on it rather than the martial arts world. At episode 26 now and just want to finish the political part asap with 1.5x speed.
