The wait between episodes was so hard 😭 one of the few airing dramas that I hated having to wait for.

ATOTS is such an underrated gem. I wish more people talked about it. I also wish it got a second season.

Yep, as someone who’s also on MAL, this is sadly common. They don’t like when a show they didn’t enjoy gets a higher score than a show they love. It’s pathetic, but you can’t stop it from happening. Imo the score doesn’t matter too much, since we know it’s an amazing drama, but my only concern is that people will miss out on watching it if the score is lower than a 9 (which is weird ‘cause an 8+ isn’t even bad, but yk)

All those scenes in Japan were adorable!! I love that they went to Fukuoka instead of Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka. It’s such a beautiful prefecture.

Ngl when Duang spoke English, I couldn’t tell what language he was speaking and had to keep rewinding 😅 oof.

Seeing them kissing in public in Japan made me :’) hope we can see that in J-Dramas and manga in the future.

Maybe it’s my fault for watching this after finishing Role Model (in the Game Changers series), but my god, slowest lead-up to sex ever. Love seeing them be all cute and in love, but I was getting so impatient 😂

I love that we came full circle and saw them go to Songkran together. How sweet!

My jaw dropped when Qin got possessive of Duang when that girl got close to him, and sat on his lap. Damn, boy. Don’t worry. He’s yours.

Don’t come for me, but I don’t believe that Mars works out all the time. There’s zero muscle on his body (which concerns me ngl. The actor is soooo thin) buy anyway, I’m not entirely sure why this drama needed a second…couple?…but they’re cute, so it’s fine. I’d prefer it if they got a spin-off series instead.

Qin’s song was so beautiful 😭 but the way he jumped into his arms was the cherry on top. So precious. The whole ending scene was adorable. Gonna miss this drama so much. I hope TeeTeePor gets a new drama soon. I’d love to see them in a darker one.

Okay, love this episode and Qin’s performance and his cute moments with Duang, but I need to rant (back with another live reaction that nobody asked for lol) It’s so disappointing that Qin’s parents minimized the experience he had, acting like the memory of it would go away because it was in the past. Sure, it was years ago, but you have no say in how something affects another person. Just because “it was already over,” doesn’t mean it wasn’t something that traumatized your CHILD. What a ridiculous, dense view of a very serious issue. And saying that they never brought it up because he “overcame it” is such BS. He didn’t overcome anything. He was just good at bottling everything up inside, and what he needed, more than anything, was his parents’ support. They’re lucky Qin’s made it this far and is as strong as he is. Not many people would be if they were in his shoes.

“We’ve done our best raising you. We’ve put our hearts and souls into caring for you. Are you really going to pay us back by being snarky?”
1. No, you put your wallet into it.
2. He doesn’t owe you shit. He’s your son. Taking care of him is your job as his parents.

Duang, my love. You are the best thing that’s happened to that boy. It shouldn’t have taken Qin crying and his boyfriend telling his parents to hug him for them to finally show remorse, but I’m glad our baby finally received their love.

The way Duang went “yay” with his hands up and Qin hugged him from behind was so freaking cute. I need a gif of it so I can watch it on repeat forever. And of him begging for kisses. Godddd they’re both so precious. Their date was adorable too, but the dressing room scene?? And when they were in the elevator?? I think those boys were trying to kill me.

After seeing everything go down with Qin’s parents, it was such a relief to watch him with Duang’s family. He couldn’t stop smiling 🥹 his conversation with Duang’s mom was especially sweet.

I can’t believe this perfect drama’s about to end. Hope the last episode’s extra long and their scenes in Japan are extra cute, and that Jamie and Mars finally kiss.

Episode 10 went from sooooo cute to sooooo painful. And triggering. I’ll get to that.

I agree with Jamie and Qin that buying the camera that early in the relationship was a bad idea, but I’m glad everyone communicated and got past it. Qin paying for half was the right thing to do.

Maybe it isn’t that deep, but I thought it was messed up that their friends showed up at their date. Their FIRST date as boyfriends. I would never do that to a friend, and I’d be so mad if my friends did that to me. Let them have their private time ffs 😒

Hearing Qin say such romantic things and tell Duang that he loves him made me so happy though. He’s so far gone for him 🙈 it feels like a treat to see him and Duang in the honeymoon stage. Love these soft, domestic, and clingy boys. I didn’t expect Duang’s apartment code to be Qin’s birthday, but I’m not surprised. Qin’s reaction to it was adorable.

The balcony scene was also adorable.
Duang: “Why does this doggo remind you of me?”
Qin: “Well, you’re always my protector. So I want this little guy to protect you on my behalf.” Awwwww 🤏

Okay, now onto Qin’s backstory *takes a deep breath* that babysitter should be in prison. What the fuck was her problem?? No wonder he’s traumatized. I wish he privately told his parents about her blatant abuse and threats, but I understand why he didn’t. That’s a terrifying situation to be in :( I’m relieved that the psychiatrist realized something was up and they checked his skin and the cameras. I hate it so much when an abuser says “I didn’t mean to do it.” Yes, you fucking did. She wasn’t remorseful at all. She was just apologizing because she got caught. And then she kept going on and insulting them?? His parents are way stronger than me. I would’ve slapped her. It’s great that they told her off and kicked her out, but they couldn’t even hug him after all that? How heartbreaking.

Duang’s truly a wonderful, supportive boyfriend. He’s exactly what Qin deserves.“It’s time to let go of your younger self’s hands and hold mine. I’ll take it from here” 😭 Qin holding hands with himself as a child broke me. This poor boy 😭

After I finished ep 9, I gave it a 10, and I stand by it. I’m so sad we only have two eps left. I don’t want this drama to end :(
