Every adult in this show besides the dads are fucking crazy!! Whether its the old ajummas that cant stop gossiping and judging the kids for having a different upbringing, or San Ha's bitch ass mom! The amount of times I wanted to smack the mom. How dare you say San Ha should ask for forgiveness! How can you put all the blame on a child!!!! Im on episode 6 and I really hope theres no redemption arc for their relationship. The mom is toxic and theres nothing that could get me to find peace with her!!
Am I the only one that cant get over how much I hate her parents?? WTF do you mean you're spending all your money so she can go to a school where everyone hates her, and for dinner every night they are starving and eating scraps?!! Makino had so much love for her dad but he was a drunk gambler that put money above the well-being his family! Every time he came home with bad news like how he got fired, or gambled all his money, or lost the house I wanted to screammm!
Binged all in 1 night and I really liked it! Its a shame that apparently the views are so low that Netflix might not make a S3. Honestly the way the main two characters looked at eachother with such passion and love carried this show for me. Their chemistry and kiss scenes were A+++++! Im still fanning myself from how hot they were. This story had a lot of potential but S2 felt rushed. I have some questions. -How did Mr Jung and Seung Jo's initially know each other? -If you are infected with the worm thing does it stop you from aging? Seung Jo was born back in 1945 but looks hes in his 20s? -What is Seung Jo's goal? Is he a good guy or a bad guy? Whose side is he really on? -Did they both Mr Jung and Chae-ok lose their memory in the end?
On ep 8 and the third wheels are so fucking annoying. Can Jin Star and the creepy cousin go away!!? What the main couple has together is none of their business!
The way I would have sued the school if a fucking ceiling fan fell on my sculpture I have been working on for months!! The most emotion I felt watching this show was when her sculpture broke lol
Watching for the 2nd time and question. So he was never depressed and suicidal right? It was always the serial killer that pushed him off the balcony? And if he was never suicidal then why did he announce leaving and his retirement ep 1? It seems in the first timeline him and Eclipse arnt close as bandmates, why did that happen?
Most of the recommendations for this have to do with time travel. Anyone have any recommendations like this where the ML is a cute dork and has a crush on the FL first??
On episode 2 and I know its probably cultural but I cant stand how many kdrama moms go crazy and hit their child when things dont go their way. Shes an adult and its her life, why are you so angry she broke up with her fiance? Also how judgmental, classist, and gossipy the old ladies were. Her mom pretending to be proud of her at the party when really she was ashamed. Annoying hags.
I just finished and I LOVED THIS!!!! Its going to be a while till I find anything that tops this. This was so sweet and they are the best couple ever! My only sadness is that in the final timeline some people like the brother, Tae Seong, or Sun Jae's bestie dont have memories of the other timeline. So youre telling me that no one else will remember the iconic condom scene??!
Half way through the show and this is making me think of all the idols that get into relationships and it turns to massive hate. Too many parasocial fans go out and bully the significant other. If my favorite celeb revealed he was dating his first love that he loved for a long time, I'd think thats so romantic be so happy for him!
And I finished!! I loved it! Just wanna say Su Ah is such a ride or die friend! Shes actually the best. I wish Soo Jin got in trouble for uploading the video, but I guess its true that hurt people hurt and she did have a horrible upbringing. I hope Ju Gyeong's middle school bullies live a horrible and nasty life. If theres any spoilers on what happened to them in the manwha lmk.
Episode 13 has me sobbbbinggg. How alone she feels and how the whole school turned her back on her. I loved how her brother who I originally was worried about because he threatened to share her bare face photos was protective of her. That was really sweet. And FINALLY the mom listens and understands why makeup was so important to her. Its not just the makeup, it was about something that finally made her feel confident and self worth.
Im on episode 2 and gosh this makes me so bitter than pretty privilege exists. If her skins clears up shes literally the same person. All she needs is a dermatologist.
