Can someone give me some kdrama recs? I keep trying to watch them because there are so many and I want more things to watch. But I'm having trouble finishing any of the ones I've tried (except for like 2 or 3). I enjoyed the first episode of this show, but the 2nd episode (I'm like half way through) is already kinda bugging me... I thought she would be a stronger character, but so far she's too meek for me in the 2nd episode.

Can anyone rec me one where the girl isn't childlike or super meek? And the guy isn't borderline misogynistic masking as protective?? I feel like those are all the ones I'm stumbling on.

like jpny01 said it was Earth... he was kept out of the musical group they made and a lot of promotion I guess b/c he rejected the producer and they found ways to punish him. (I'm no expert or anything.. that's just what I've read in the past)

I don't think just both have bodyguards means rip off.. Where your eyes linger they pretty much grew up together as bodyguard/friend etc. ... this one it seems more like they are thrown together as adults.

Well I loved this. This is pretty great and especially something lower budget (yes there were problems like how bad the driving scenes look, but I'm sure that was a budget issue). They touched on so many serious issues. I wanted more of Bas and Marco's stories because they just didn't get enough screen time. But now that I know there will be a second season I feel better about the pretty abrupt ending. I'm guessing Bas and Marco will get more focus in the next season. I really look forward to it.
