My issue with these adaptions is it's too shot for shot of the original sometimes. I wish they'd take the story and characters but put more of their own spin on it. So instead of the actors trying to act like the Thai actors.. they act like their interpretation of the actual characters instead. They don’t need to put them in the same outfits with the same haircuts with the same exact lines.
I want the story to be the same, but how we are shown it different. Japan has their own style of filming that’s different from Thailand or Korea etc (which I love how different all countries styles are) and it just doesn’t come across as strongly in these for me b/c they are so focused on making it the same as the Thai show. I’m gonna watch b/c I’m curious.. I just wishhhh

I liked the first season of Pit Babe b/c I love omegaverse (even though it was barely there.. I was so excited to see even the essence of it haha) so I found it fun.. but ended up skipping season 2 all together. So I'd agree that this series is overall better
Yikes. I dont even know if I should finish this one based on comments. I'm kinda bummed. I was really loving it at the start.. but that last few episodes were a struggle for me. Ep 8 I didn't watch the last part and was just gonna wait til the last ep to watch all together... haha well damn okay might just scrap that plan.
This is seriously the best love triangle for ppl who don't like love triangles... aka me. I almost skipped it not realizing. It's obvious they are the same person when watching BUT just from a quick glance at the image and the title combined. I thought it was a real one 🫣. I'm loving it. So fun!

I think it might be just if you watch on the website? And it's only THIS episode too. I watch on my computer and it's stuck at the top but I looked on the app on my phone and it looks normal.

The first 2 episodes were so fun imo! (I watched on gagaoolala.. I think first 2 eps are free). Yeah I'm starting to get the concern ppl had about the runtime and number of episodes. Wish the eps were an hour each with at least 16 eps. Too short!

I didn't like it. I hated how they kept saying mind your business.. not my business.. I hate thinking that some ppl knew he was a pos hurting his wife and went naahhhh not my business UNTIL a possession. Just felt like the show made it seem like yeah that's bad, but not THAT big of a deal really. She said it's been YEARS of this but yeah they rekindled their romance wtf. lolol okay sorry love this show otherwise.
So, Khem and Peem were lovers in their past lives and Khem was a woman in that life? I hope those are different…
I get what you're saying b/c that has bothered me with past shows also. But this isn't the only past life.. Khem's karmic enemy is way older than the flashback from the 1930's. So it's safe to say this goes back further than that flashback of Khemmika’s life.
