There are only 11 chapters up as of now (for Thai and English). The novel isn't SUPER ahead of the series really. The novel has the kiss we saw in ep 2 and a few moments here or there but they haven't really delved into them yet.

It's only episode 2. I think it's safe to say they will go into the family dynamic as we continue

I'm pretty sure they did have sex but they cut before it got to it based on the convo the next morning. We just didn't get to see that yet lol. I get the feeling as the characters get to know each other and go beyond pure instinct the nc scenes will change. This nc scene was focusing on that primal, body acting without your control.. must roll around in each others scents more than just being horny and fucking.

The bathroom scene with Phatsa going through heat wasn't just him being horny.. it was supposed to be painful.This inner need that is clawing it’s up out of you whether you want it or not. The "NC" was also supposed to be intense and aggressive. After being separated from a fresh bond and Phatsa now in heat.. it’s like needing to be so completely wrapped in their pheromones to the point of physical pain.

I’m getting the feeling that as the characters get to know each other, the NC scenes are gonna change.

They are in literal pain lol. That bathroom scene showed that painful desperation as he goes into heat. They are being driven by instinct from a fresh bonding. It was supposed to look aggressive, painful, and something they cannot control.

He was in heat. Extreme pain and extreme need. They were dry humping to put it bluntly .. like literally cannot control himself. That bathroom scene showed that insane desperation. At no point in the scene we are shown are we supposed to thinking they are literally fucking lol. It cuts before that. We see them DESPERATE for the pheromones to the point of pain as they rub on each other and then cuts away haha

It’s so silly and so fun. As an omegaverse lover I’m really having the time of my lifeeee. I just love how they are really committing and going for it!

Well I just loved that. I think this series is gonna be so much funnnn! I mean look how he sniffed that coffee cup. Helloooo. They are gonna give it their all man.

I'm so excitedddd!! I love omegaverse and it's so fun that we are slowly getting some live actions ones. I've been reading the chapters the director/writer has been releasing (only 10 chapters out at the moment) and I can't picture anyone else but Boat and Oat. I just know they will really commit to the omegaverse aspects.

I actually enjoyed My Stubborn b/c I found it ridiculous/bad (I read the novel and the show was very accurate haha). Even if you hated the show, you can’t say Boat and Oat didn’t really commit and dive right in regardless of how wtf it was haha

What's funny is the series My Stubborn was pretty faithful to the book. The series added the side couples stories but the rest pretty accurate. So for sure don't read the novel. You'd hate it! haha

My issue with these adaptions is it's too shot for shot of the original sometimes. I wish they'd take the story and characters but put more of their own spin on it. So instead of the actors trying to act like the Thai actors.. they act like their interpretation of the actual characters instead. They don’t need to put them in the same outfits with the same haircuts with the same exact lines.

I want the story to be the same, but how we are shown it different. Japan has their own style of filming that’s different from Thailand or Korea etc (which I love how different all countries styles are) and it just doesn’t come across as strongly in these for me b/c they are so focused on making it the same as the Thai show. I’m gonna watch b/c I’m curious.. I just wishhhh

I liked the first season of Pit Babe b/c I love omegaverse (even though it was barely there.. I was so excited to see even the essence of it haha) so I found it fun.. but ended up skipping season 2 all together. So I'd agree that this series is overall better

Yikes. I dont even know if I should finish this one based on comments. I'm kinda bummed. I was really loving it at the start.. but that last few episodes were a struggle for me. Ep 8 I didn't watch the last part and was just gonna wait til the last ep to watch all together... haha well damn okay might just scrap that plan.

This is seriously the best love triangle for ppl who don't like love triangles... aka me. I almost skipped it not realizing. It's obvious they are the same person when watching BUT just from a quick glance at the image and the title combined. I thought it was a real one 🫣. I'm loving it. So fun!
