whatt? She just had her close friend commit suicide and the promotion that shouldve gone to her was awarded unfairly to someone else. On top of that, she had to endure luan nian’s hurtful and cold demeanour as always with his petty jealousy too. I think she deserved a good break from all of it.

PROBABLY the best cdrama of the year so far atleast..just my opinion though. At times the drama felt so cold and unwelcome due to luan nian, but felt so warm and colourful at times too. I guess its true when it said that you dont have to be perfect to be loved.I wish the ending was longer😭, im glad to day i enjoyed it really well though, OST is peak too.

On the list u gave, ive only watched legend of the female general and the best thing, the best thing is so good honestly, i remember everything about it even now, i even used to hum the ost lol😭..i didnt like the legnd of the female general that much but i loved prisoner of beauty(have u seen it?), i dont think any historical drama im gonna watch can top that..

im pretty sure they did watch the drama same as i did and found it extremely bad. People can have their own opinions sure but i dont see anything good about this drama and u cant overlook the bad directing, storyline, ost, sound effects and acting. Also cringe.

"republican era drama", maybe start blaming the direction and storyline before blaming it on the era where it is supposed to be from, imagine saying it is meant to be like this because its a republican era drama, ur deluding urself tbh.

i only started this because ML was cool in POJ and i loved POJ from the start but its a crime to even compare this drama to it. I hate the sound effects, the ost, the storyline and directing, i cant bring myself to continue this one..ik people have their own views ans opinions on what they like, but i really dont see anything good in this drama, it also made me cringe hard at times.

i think the huge popularity is mainly due to the FL and ML, though i cant speak for everyone i only watched this due to the cast and it was disappointing. And i think people are entitled to their own opinions but saying her opinion doesnt matter is actually you being rude not her. You simply cant accept the fact that there are some people who actually find the drama boring and wasteful. Stop being so narrow minded and open your eyes smh.

Cant help but agree, the starting felt alright and interesting but it just didnt feel good to me. I actually wanted to skip all the auditing part, it was boring and too long. I also could not look past the fact that he literally helped kill the officer's wife.
