There is, but I wished there wasn't, because it was added towards the end and kind of took over everything else, but I couldn't feel it. It just felt fake and forced.
I'm so happy to see so many Dong Ha supporters here :) His acting is superb, I only managed to watch this show til the end because of him. I can't wait for his next project... hopefully the good one which he deserves.
The only good thing about this drama was the character of Han Joon...but what about him?? The entire was was absolutely…
This comment of yours deserves to be shown without spoiler, so I want to quote you since I couldn't agree more :) ''The only good thing about this drama was the character of Han Joon''.
Sad to see han joon shoved to the side just to make way for the main characters
Completely agree! His character was the most interesting one and they just removed him completely at the end without giving him the time he deserved to complete his story. That ruined this show for me.
I really didn't like this. If the main characters were teenagers, it would have made more sense, but keeping adults locked up against their will and returning them to someone when they say to police that they don't want to go there is just nonsense. In a country with any normal police and laws, this kind of plot is just insulting.
I completely agree! It's like the writers never heard about outsourcing and kept imagining impossible ideal world…
Right! All employees wear entry cards, but anyone can enter without any security check (plus sell anything) ??? All those small details bugged me so much. In most cases I can understand and overlook, but here they just didn't care about any reality and just manipulated everything to fit the script.
This was just boring. No real reason behind any of the twists, they kept making up the non-existent reasons for separating two leads and it just dragged on and on. I suggest to fast forward through this one and move on to the 'Duel' to see more of Se Jong (if you liked him) - that show is really good, it has an interesting and fresh story with characters you can actually like.
I did really have high hopes for this one. Unfortunately it felt flat. No plot, no meaningful story.. i think…
I completely agree! It's like the writers never heard about outsourcing and kept imagining impossible ideal world where everyone is paid what they want and everyone is happy. That bothered me the most! Outsourcing companies are not stupid as they've shown them and you write contracts agreeing not to work for the client directly, so there's no way those cleaners would ever get direct jobs... rich people need to get richer, it's just how the world is, sadly.
Read a few comments about this being more about friendship and family love + the love triangle being frustrating.…
The episodes are 30 minutes long, so this is actually a 20-episode drama in normal 1-hour episode terms. It's really worth it, it has a strong, nicely written story for me. It is based on the novel, so all characters are well written... It makes me sad that I don't speak Korean so that I can read the actual book, since usually books are even better for me than TV adaptions.

Thank you for replying, martyfairy. It's good to know it's not just me!
I totally agree with you - I also liked Rin's character... maybe I'll be able to focus on him more when I repeat this sometime. Due to the end being so sad and heartbreaking, I'm not sure when I'll be ready for re-watching this though :D
I loved it, but my only complain is the poster for this drama! From the beginning I thought those two from the poster are planned couple so I ignored Rin quite a bit, and then they kept it so hidden the entire time, that I didn't know if it's Yoona's bad acting or if they really didn't want to show who she loves.
I think I would have enjoyed it more have I not seen that poster and assumed main couple, like in Reply series where they deliberately keep you in the dark until the end and you love it! Here they played dirty and made us expect and focus on one thing and then boom something else :)
Still, I loved how the entire story was written, trio friendship, the lonely Queen's story (alone in another country), prince struggles and his character growth... And Joon Young's OST :)
Bad writing... Even though it's Sci-Fi it's still bugged me how unrealistic entire story was and how they ended it without any logic.
This was one big commercial for me! Writers spent all their writing talent trying to incorporate hundreds of products they had to plug and trying to make sense of so many cameos actor/comedians/singers which seemed overwhelming, that in the end the story was in the background and all my focus was on distracting cameos and products placements.
I hated this from start to finish but somehow managed to finish it. It is not too boring, but it's just annoying, I kinda hated almost all characters and the story! Choi Woo Shik guest role was highlight for me until they ruined his character as well in the end... It was nice to see him and PSJ back together.
Awesome actor. I really hope they give him normal main role soon. He portraits a perfect serial killer, but I wanna see him do something else apart from evil characters (or that annoying character from Chief...).

This is the poster I'm referring to for anyone interested: http://asianwiki.com/images/5/5f/King_Loves-p2.jpg
